I wanted to check about the dual traction loss do they offer instructions on how to build the platform for the dual traction loss

I think it's all about setup. I don't think corners is the way to go with a decent 4 actuator 3DOF motion platform. I ended up with 6 zone haptic on my SFX-100 platform - 4 zone seat (left/right bolster, deck & rear), 1 on the pedal deck & 1 on the brake pedal. Works pretty good, everything is pretty distinct, I only use them for flavor like RPM, ABS , road vibration & a lowpass for slip effects just before the traction effects kick in on the actuators. Ultimately, transducers are better for some effects & motion for others. Put them in the right place & use them to their strengths. If you just have all the effects on both it's just a muddy mess of being shaken and rattled around. I can drive without them just fine but it does feel more immersive with them on, but it's very much a background thing. I wouldn't spend 1500 notes on it, I did it for probably <400 with Dayton and Nobsounds.

Thanks for the video! Your video is what convinced me to get the Ultimate kit as well. Question, at the 8 minute mark, you talked about shifting the TL actuator 3 inches out to the right. Why did you make that adjustment? Also, you had another video where you detailed out how to figure out measurements but I can't seem to find it now. Did you take it down?

Hi-resolution KVM Switch with a high refresh rate should solve the issue with switching between headsets and monitors - with it, just press a button on the remote controller, and it switches to a different set of cables, even for a lot of outputs. Additionally, you could use this way one PC for all cockpits, and with a special hub with inputs/outputs connected via fibre optic cable, you can even connect everything on different floors and use it there without any lag (Linus from LinusTechTips uses this way one powerful computer for the whole house). It makes everything much easier, because you don't need to take care of software on all computers, etc., just on one. This way you would have also motion in VR. Now changing everything would be too much work, but in the future, when you will changing parts, it's worth to consider.

I thought that there is no need for buttkickers in motion rig, but I see that you kept them. Are you still using them and for what?

man im so glad i came across your channel. i have one gamer pro and its amazing. obviously i dont get the four corner effect but its still great. what are your plans with the old ones? id definitely be interested in them. lastly the buttkicker mount base piece is 3d printed and mine split after a couple hours. i ended up just bolting the shaft directly the the rig.

Hi. Question for you. I also bought the surge kit from eRacinng and I'm having trouble finding screws to attach the linear rails to the profile. The smaller diameter hole is M6 but the heads of M6 socket head screws dont fit into the larger holes? I measured the diameter and it's 9.5mm and the dimensions of most socket heads I found is around 9.8mm. Do you know what hardware you used to attach the rails? Thanks!

I've been waiting for this wheel for a long time, so glad it's finally released. But to be honest, this wheel looks the same as the Moza Vision GS, but the Moza only costs $760. I don't know which one is better, but I have been waiting for this plate for too long, 21 years until now. I just received the news on Friday and bought it immediately, but it may not arrive until next week, so hopefully it will work on my ETS2:)

Despite all the critical comments I absolutely love that wheel. I allready own 8 wheels for my Fanatec DD+ and i basically have Rims for every driving scenario. There is an angel sitting on my right shoulder saying "don't do it, there is no reason to buy it" but then there is an devil on my left shoulder whispering all the time that i should click the order button. 🙈 Immediatly subscription just so i don't miss videos from you with that beauty in action. ☺👍

no wheels should be allowed to be more than 500-600€, we are players not professionals or rich man

This is the difference with moza and fanatec, fanatecs premium wheels looks like they sit in real car and sometimes does and a metall look while the moza lambo wheel look plastic and chinese somehow. And fanatec has actually got its gyro to work and respond as moza lags and don't respond

Pretty great to see everyone getting there packages in a timely manner. Also corsair stated they wsnt to stay in the enthusiast relam at first then do budget stuff later but they stated there first real product they will help with is going to try and be the best product they can make which is so cool to hear. Im happy yhey arent just doing what logitech or thrustmaster do and want to stay with high end items also then mixed in with budget items later. The believe they need a bomb product at first. Like something that reslly makes people go wow. So great to hear. They also said dont worry they arent goint to go rgb everytbing. They got into doing that when it was popular. This was all explained in wills latest video.

lol what a shit stand they supply. It could actually of had some weight to it so it stays in place for $2k when you take the wheel off. Also the stand should be higher so the rim can rotate fully on the stand 😂 fanatec fucks up the simple shit all the time. And these wheels will sell to 1-2% of the sim community the rest will be sent for free to review channels and the rest will sit till a Black Friday sale next year 😂🤣

Amazing! But could you please one day position your camera completely on the side to appreciate the speed of the surge? Maybe also a different race where you need to use the braking pedals much more. Hi, thanks for all the videos. I just got my eracing lab kit. I currently have a Dayton Audio BST-300 under my seat. I’m trying to decide whether to remove or keep. If I remove it, it will be before I install the eracing kit so I won’t have chance to run them simultaneously. Just based on your testing, what would you do. I will yield to your experience. hi there do you know ref the rs actuators two things do they do a longer stroke say 250-300mm and also what is the max speed they can run in mm/sec e.g. pt actuators can run 500mm/sec are these the same?

Thanks for sharing this! I have the Mega+ system and was using SRS. Simhub seems crisper and starts up more reliably with AMS2.
