MY 2024 comp chassis/and New team body!!! and my newest acquisition…
Nothing super special for this video. I’ve been too busy to actually make videos so doing a simple one like this is easier to get back in the swing of things.
Yes I will get a new mic this one is my cheapo one so hopefully future vids will be 100% cleaner and better!!!

TUNING GUIDE FOR RC DRIFT!!! EP-4 Balance ( esc/motor/ gearing)
Просмотров 11 тыс.Год назад
( DISCLAIMER!!! This is my own idea and “ drift theory “ that I apply toward my own cars please take this Information with a grain of salt as this is my own theory toward tuning ) Episode 4 of our drift series is focusing on balance. What is balance? You may ask, well balance isn’t just on a scale but can also be applied to everything. In our case this is for rc drift! Achieving balance in our ...
TUNING GUIDE FOR RC DRIFT!!! EP-3 ( ADV front end alignment )

For ep-3 we focused on advanced front end alignment which was 1-KPI, 2-TRAIL, and 3-SCRUB Hopefully the vid was easy to follow and make sure to leave any questions or comments on future vids!!! Next episode will be a fun one maybe a track mashup or me talking about esc tuning and maybe even a dedicated vid for my TT. ‼️ SUBSCRIBE so you don’t miss anything ‼️

hello bro, one question! Is it possible to measure toe angle with camber gauge and how to do?
I am curious how to calculate the inner ratio of the transmission? Thanks so much for your effort into RC drifting. You are a boss!!
What esc does it use?
Notachi AZ checkin in. Say what’s up to JV this weekend🤙
Bro, so glad I came across your channel. Just got into RC in general. Bought a used Drift car, Now it's on and poppin. Live in Santa Maria and not far from camarillo!
Hi I’m running rpx2 esc and I can’t connect with my bl wifi module I’ve tried android and iOS phones both connecting with it But in the app it doesn’t connect to esc Please help
@@stereotyp1985 using the yokomo tuners iirc you need to connect to the WiFi the actual module is transmitting. I know yokomo can be “trial and error” but eventually you will get it right!!! But if not maybe the WiFi module is faulty. Might be a little late on this response but hope it helped.
This is best video explaining about caster
Hi there :) I plan to get a LDRC 1/18 drift car and was wondering how I would do the math for it since it doesn’t have a spur gear? It’s just the pinion, some gears in between, and the diff.
@@athenovae That’s kinda tricky. AS AN EXAMPLE!!! You would need to find out the number of teeth of the internal gears, the diff, and pinion. Let’s say you have 4 gears total ( pinion, 2 trans gears, diff ) you need to calculate the ratio by dividing 2nd trans gear and the diff( 12/38-3.16). Do the same with the pinion and the other trans gear( 15/12-0.8) . And multiply the resulting sums of the 2 gears( 0.8x3.16- 2.528) that’s your full gear ratio.
Eyyy, the GGT shout out 🫶🏼
travis 2 lcs ratio ?
Check from first episode Wery good stuff
Isnt timing over 60 bad for the motor?
How can i decrease ride height without compromising my shock stiffness? I drive an rdx and the one problem i have is my ride hieght is pretty high
What will increasing toe out do?
The higher turn count more torque has been proven wrong. It’s about the amperage north the turn count. A higher turn count is just slower.
My 1200 kv is slower a 2300 kv
Great video helped alot keep up the great work man!
What timing you run on your motor?
Please provide the part number of the TRF shocks you got on the GRK?🙏🏾🙏🏾 Thx in advance.
Helpful 👊
Your comp car is tt02?????????😂😂😂
Yuppppp!!!! I nicknamed it the shark killer 😂
Best explanation videos I have ever watched
Legit the most helpful RC drift videos I have found I drift cars And have knowledge on that rc drift is similar rule of thumb but I guess due to the weight it doesn’t correlate 100% And I’ve watched countless videos aswell Thanks again for the best explanations
Can you do a tt02 setup. Video?
On the newest video where Im explaining the TT02 being the comp car for this 2024 season ;) but lmk if you have any questions regarding the TT02!!!
@@SHREDDITRC mainly I just have questions for basic setup like spacers and such. But be hard to do that here. lol.
AWESOME PRICIATE IT 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩😎
Nice work, I’ll reach out needing your help again I’m sure
Yeah bro ! Watching this while working on my chassis ! Always a pleasure to watch your vids ! Take care ! @gressive
Show those guys what TT01 can do on the track 🫡
Good luck Congrats!!!
What should be the toe with no spacers to start adding from?
My chassis front end is set up in a way that front grip is maximised at the most frequent angle, not edge cases of full lock. Upside - stability at that angle, downside - wish me luck handling the car at a very high angle at low speed
amazing!
What I'd like to know is how different bladders/membranes, o-rings, shaft guides as well as pistons (hole count) affect the performance. I know that thinner oil provides easier travel and thus slightly more traction. 3 hole pistons also did that when I widened the holes.
Great info. Appreciate the education
I really appreciate this video! Learned a lot. I hope to run into you at one of these tracks and pick your brain a little more.
Thank you for info! Gonna rebuild my shocks and lessen the rebound for my Yokomo LTS. 🤙🏾🙏
Can you make a video about boost and turbo settings??
Is there a shock and shock oil you suggest for drifting??
For most slick surfaces I’d recommend 100wt rear and 150wt front. Just to keep the chassis more planted as 50wt is a little too light.
@@SHREDDITRC i had probably been going too light with 25/35wt
Glad you stuck to it brother 🤘🏽
Got too everyone else needs it. Why keep it too myself
@@SHREDDITRC real racers give their secrets, to find out who the better driver is 😏🤘🏽🦄
Probley the best video I've seen on this subject. Well done sir. 👏 Keep up the good work.
Hi...I'm new at drift rc...hope to see more tuning and practice how to drift for newbie...thanks
I can actually try and get some clips at the track so I might end up doing something like that.
Great...you are back
hallelujah
Top quality video as always bro ! Glad to see you here doing what you do so well ! Stay safe ! #gressive ☺️
This is good, very nice tip with the magnet to prevent those darn c-clips from flying and getting lost
Thank you for keep going with your guide videos, they help alot 🤙
Thanks for the tuning video, great job!
Also thanks so much for making these. Your going to help so many people
I'm confused on how your using piston position when filling to tune rebound.
So when closing the top cap and pushing the piston the bladder can adjust the internal pressure and tune the rebound by forcing the pressure not to be for the full shock stroke.
yaaay swiss >.<
