in my head cannon i think that the fact u need 333 soras to get the hp boost represents all 3 trios (sea salt, way finder, and destiny) mainly cause roxas is related to sora in some ways and aqua is like sora personality wise.

I'm late to the party, but just wanted to chime in that it IS possible to do this with the 275 point limit, I just beat it! It took A LOT of patience and heavy use of friend cards. it was not too hard until riku 3, after that i had to adapt my deck after every boss. Riku 4 is horrible, but Larxene was a literal nightmare! Had to resort to jafar + goofy tornado to get past the second phase. Holo Marluxia was a challenge as well, but also incredibly fun! Really makes you appreciate this game in a different light. Anyway, amazing video and great job! It helped me a lot!

it's kinda crazy how hard kh3 at a baseline is, it only is easy because it gives you endless tools to combat the game with. level 1/pro codes is just insane how actually tough some of these fights can be without cheese

For anyone like me, who is undertaking this challenge because of Josh’s influence, against Lock Shock and Barrel, this fight is actually pretty simple with the implementation of Dumbo. It took me 3 tries against these guys. One full combo, use Dumbo on the devil kid, that should get him either dead or pretty close, then spamming blizzara’s will get rid of the witch kid, then it’s just a matter of taking out Zombie child. Dumbo is a pretty good summon in a level 1 run.

Fun fact: Lexaus's weapon is an... Axe Sword. That's what it's called in days

1:19:00 If you go for Xemnas 2nd, you'll have an easier time. During the dark-screen phase when there's only 2 of them left, you can catch Xemnas in an infinite loop. He has a vulnerability here, where he can't use his Revenge Value. You can literally loop him to death safely

We are still being forced to buy new consoles and or handhelds every time a new game in the Kingdom Hearts series releases. EVERY TIME. I have to wonder if this is some kind of scam.

They need to stop switching engines mid development because games take long enough to make as it is. If it's going to be on the same system that it started development for, what's the point of switching?

You think we'll ever hear about that "incident" Nomura mentioned a while back? I wonder if the silence and ML's delay are related to that. Missing Link console edition? Disney+ tie-in after the hype surrounding the resurfaced pilot? Who the heck knows. There are a lot of great games out there, so I'm not stressing too much. We've all got backlogs we've been meaning to get through lol.

I already gave up in June, was validated in November when Missing Link got indefinitely delayed, and already knew TGA never shows Kingdom Hearts stuff, so I didn’t bother. There have been talks of a direction change, and the change might either be enough to rework part of or the entirety of the development, so expect nothing for the next few years. Maybe 2026 is the earliest to expect an update for Missing Link, but 2028 is the earliest to expect KH4 at this point 😂

as if kingdom hearts would ever show up at the game awards. considering how geoff keighley treats square enix games, i also wouldn't book a slot there. more importantly, KH4 was revealed at the 20th anniversary event to get ahead of potential leaks that the game was in development at all. we know that it was nowhere near ready to show

I definitely get the frustration and anxiety because surprisingly you didn’t bring up Missing Link. Which I also think is a big factor into why the game is being kept in the dark. But like you mentioned it’s basically just a guessing game to why we haven’t had any information for KHIV. Whenever that development issues or possibly Nomura and the team going for a bigger ambition goal for KHIV too with the UE5. We won’t really know until we get a new trailer and that’s where the team can proper explain themselves.
