    My mother and I are type 2 diabetics and we've been doing this for several years without it raising our blood sugar with brown rice, potatoes , pasta, the starchy foods and without oil. I believe it is the cooling that changes the starch into resistant, but that isn't scientific. It's from my own testing and finger prick blood test after.

    😰🏨😨☹️🏨😕😷🏨🤒😮‍💨🏨😬 So a few wks ago I twisted my ankle 🟡Week1: Rested ankle, got ankle brace, soaked in Epson salt and cold water 🔴Week2: Took otc Ibuprofen /Tylenol, did home therapy at home and soaked in water 🟢Week3: Saw foot doctor and was diagnosed with Planter Fasciitis. He prescribed Candatis Medrol. I followed the 6 day regiment perfectly. ⏩️Day 3 I woke up wth soar right thigh Did morning stretch and it went away ⏩️Day 4 woke up with light soarness in same thigh. Did stretches and it went away. ⏭️Other than that I see no difference in my ankle and it still hurts when I walk. The only thing that got better with me standing on my right leg for a long period of time it doesn't hurt anymore. My doctor offered the injection versus the oral pills. I wonder should I have chosen that for better efficacy ☹️😕⁉️❓️‼️😰😡🤒😮‍💨

    I had suddenly Experienced numb & weak hands then shooting pain down both arms. A year after being rear-ended three different times at high speed. Mri found I had cervical myopathy, bone Spurs etc pushing on my spinal cord and needed surgery immediately or the damage could get worse. I had ACDF surgery c4; c5, c6 three years ago. Had lots of physical therapy afterward. It’s been three years and I feel worse. Both my hands are completely numb tingly I still get shooting pains down both my arms sporadically I can’t lift anything I can only raise my arms right above my head, my right leg bad, now drop foot So I have to look down 24/7 so I do not fall. I probably could go on and on but my iPad battery is getting dead. Oh on top of all that my sciatic nerve is pinched about six months after surgery I can barely get out of bed in the morning from the pain. I don’t know if that’s associated with the surgery but I never had sciatica pain before. Right after physical therapy then Covid hit so I haven’t did anything in two years which probably doesn’t help but I feel worse than before the surgery. I actually got on RUclips just to see if there was any neck exercises I could do or somebody could help in some small way

    I must have had a quack. No therapy, no mention of therapy. It's been almost a year and still extremely painful. Had a MRI two weeks ago an the Dr. said everything looked good. Wouldn't address why I still have a large amount of pain. Five minutes on my feet and I'm in serious pain. Still can't tilt my head back at all.

    Pregabalin withdrawal is a living hell. I cut down from 150mg to 100mg in a week. I ended up jerking and twitching involuntarily for over and hour . Stroke like symptoms also. I take it for nerve pain. I want to cut down 10mg at a time. I've never been a drug user. So much respect for anyone who has overcome any drug addiction. I don't know how you did it. I am very strong willed but Pregabalin is a nightmare to taper off.

  • @eleusis7778
    @eleusis7778 2 года назад

    if you have been on it for a long time , probably it is best to cut down 100 mg per week. Sometimes withdrawing in a week ( as indicated by manufacturer) is too fast

    • @jimmysprinkles3
      @jimmysprinkles3 2 года назад

      So true . Even if your doctor advises a tapering regime, we're all different. I cut down too quickly. So scary, and i don't frighten easily. Please be careful🌺

    There will always be idiosyncratic reactions to medication - even herbals. That's why YOU are part of your healthcare team, feeding back data when you have some. If you have concerns, share them, and monitor your own condition. This guy is giving sound FREE advice and he is letting you know you can experience side effects that might concern you. Trust yourself also. Completely agree that all medications have side effects. But Pregabalin tapering is hell on earth for many of us. There was is nothing idiosyncratic about Pregabalin side effects. For many, it is very helpful .

      Wow. So sorry to hear. It was a disaster. It gave me extensor tendonitis on both feet and now my tibia is aching n cramping. They gave me an iv of 125mg at the er for an allergic reaction where i broke out rashes. But first five days i had anxiety, low grade fever, neck stiffness (which i get sometimes now) high blood pressure, high heart rate, heart palpitations. All of that left except foot problem and neck stiffness

      Hello friends wanted u to know that getting an x-ray super early isn't helpful because there is too much inflammation. Healing is still happening so they can't see proper clear and numbness is just annoying but normally happened when u go do things like driving too long of days of activity u best resting in between things and icing is key constantly thru day and after walks or activities it is key to keeping pain and swelling down and numbness at bay. When u do to much which is very little during surgery recov lol it causes swelling which presses on nerves and then creates numbers. You must get resting and icing in cycles 20 min increments especially first two weeks intensively. I'm 6 weeks and still icing thru day after anything I do. It is pain management . Tens unit is awesome form back of shoulders sigh

    • @inspiremearts
      @inspiremearts 2 года назад

      Also the pain and tight or even spasms in between shoulder is totally normal for after cervical. It's not fun but also increased and even some caused by laying in bed so much recovering . Chiropractor is awesome for all these stuff keep you in alignments
