    That how I have been cooking my rice, sometimes I put the leftovers in the refrigerator or frezzer. But I never did leave it in the refrigerator for 12 hours before eating it. Thanks for this information.

    How would I reheat the rice without a microwave I have a stove do I add in water again?

    Rinse rice 3 times with diffrent water changed get most extra starch got out not put water leave for 45 minutes now cook rice then again strain in cold water well most starch is gone out ...

    When I need to put the prepared rice to refrigerator? When it is hot or after cooling down? And after cooling this rice for 12 hrs, can I make it hot using microwave oven?

      If you can't absorb it then the Carbohydrates is reduced

    Also if you avoid any type of animal protein when eating rice you will definitely not gain weight

    put the rice in a salt garlic n any oil

      to start boil one n 1/2 cup of rice 2 &1/2 cup of water add oil canola 1tblspoon salt n garlic eye ball and cover it when it has soaked the water take a fork n fluff it😘😚🎻🎻 up on all sides 45 minutes should do the trick

    Well Oli is probably the most calorie food just do LG whitout Oli an you have -50 calories

    My mother and I are type 2 diabetics and we've been doing this for several years without it raising our blood sugar with brown rice, potatoes , pasta, the starchy foods and without oil. I believe it is the cooling that changes the starch into resistant, but that isn't scientific. It's from my own testing and finger prick blood test after.
