Most drug services are offering buvidal now, there is a massive push on it through government via the services. It limits pick ups, mixing with people still in addiction, appointments at the services and also the success rate is decent. I think you need to be on 30ml maybe of meth then swap to subbies in tablet form for a day or two then get your first injection. I'm sure I heard scotty is on subbies already so he will just need to swap over to the injection. He doesn't need any finances to do this at all, I'm presuming it will be the same at the service he attends.
