Sad this is that it could have been avoided, had I been able to find the information I was looking for. It was super sad, and of course I feel like I totally failed mama pig, but if I can help anyone else in the future, then it's not a complete loss... right? I will be posting a video about our experience as well... just still recovering myself, ya know. You kids are awesome and soooo brave! Thanks again for sharing!

Honestly, you kids did great making a tough decision but I'd say the lesson that should have been learned is to put up a farrowing pen with safety rails so mamma doesn't lay on the babies.
