You said you can repurpose content if the old site had something good on it, is that actually allowed? I thought you couldn't copy any old content and had to create all-new original content that is close in topical relevance? Is that not correct?

You don't mention SEO on the call but you must have to at least explain that you're getting quality leads because of good search positioning, right? I mean they're gonna want to know how you get leads I imagine.

We've seen notable increases to the Q&A landing pages, where visitors asking questions are answered by the site owners....so "people first' at it's core....and it's mostly SMB businesses, not big brands. We've seen notable increases since March update, but very large increase in the August update. Would be happy to communicate the results with you and your audience to see if we can help your sites as well. Google's updates are focused on fulfilling the search intent with "people first content".....so that means that not every search needs a 1000 word article. In those cases, "helpful" can be very short but fulfilling longer tail search intent....and then you can lead them to longer content IF the visitor wants it :)

Hard part is keeping it ranked. Don't like sounding pessimistic trust me but With GMB verifications harder than ever unless you have one verified and stay verified the rank and rent model is an uphill battle, even ranking #1 in organic might only bring you 5-10 leads p/m. So unless you doing FB and other marketing not many folk is gonna see any value in it. Maybe the renter will use their own address for it, but then you need to get the contract before the rank. Like I say wish is was not as much a ball-ache as is now, 5-10 year ago no probs. 2024??
