Where does the laptop plug into the hydra?
Mine wont work says 00

Totally agree with you. The 99 imo is the best year for the 7.3
2000 t444e 7.3 should have the forged rod engine also? It's in a School bus, but I hear it's the same engine made by Navistar.
It's a solid choice. Late 99-01 are the most desirable setups, in our opinion.
@@ericlewis4783 It should, but you can pull the inspection plug and take a look at where the rods connect to the crank. The forged and PMR setups have different hardware.

What’s your view on putting 160/30 injectors in a tow build?
They will technically make a little more power in the higher-RPMs, but will be a little smokier and warmer than a stock nozzle. For a dedicated tow truck or work truck, we still like the 160/0s.
I'm going to send you an email to show you some of the information you gave wasn't completely correct I just had my edge tuner converted and it didn't have those serial numbers on it
There are ways to change serial numbers on the devices, and the serial numbers will be assigned depending on the original configuration of the device. There are some with non 200 or 201 serial numbers that do work, but you would have to plug the device in to our Pegasus software to confirm they are the correct device type (we want Device Type 3).

My dad just got his build together and running but he didn’t know anything about this he bought it from full force diesel and clicked the box to program his tunes but the truck sometimes runs bad after shutting it off and what not so do I need to do this for his tuner or is it a mechanical issue?

Best rec for MPGs?
Typically the higher-horsepower tunes will return the best mileage if you can drive conservatively on them. I'd start with an 80 Daily Driver and test with that, then go up and down and compare. Each truck is a little different, and each person's driving style plays a huge factor in fuel economy.
What company make a reliable stage one injector?
We use Full Force Diesel for our injectors.
What if I upgrade the turbo too
Spoke too soon. That centurion trim inside kills it for me.
Very rare in std trim like that. Usually they put too much crap on them. Ugly interiors, and bad wood trim.

That's an EEC-IV, not q 7.3 EEC-V.

What does this do to the torque?
When we add power to the 7.3L, we typically see twice the torque gain as we do horsepower. There are some diminishing returns on the highest-power levels regarding that 2 to 1 ratio, but it is still typically more torque than horsepower.

How do I find my hydra seriel number? I just bought a 02 f250 with a hydra
If you don't have the original box or a printout with the tunes and SN on it, you'll need to go to HydraHelp.com or our main site gopowerhungry.com, download HydraFlash and actually plug the Hydra Chip into the computer running HydraFlash to see your serial number.
The cam you need for that is a TRW tp-109 508 lift 318/320 diration with 110* overlap they run good and run my old 289 up to 9,700 Killer injection though ran two 60cfm on an offy tunnel ram 13 to 1 stroked and balanced .30 over

Yes, you just need to put the correct tunes on the Hydra.

This bus is a front engine bus, our bus is a 466 in a pusher configuration.
