Happy New Year! In Episode 14, we stop by Kabinett PDX, a local treasure featuring vintage furniture, bitters, vermouth, plants, and antiques. To complement Emily Ezekiel's leek and apple soup recipe from Soup Meals, we selected a vermouth from Runcible Cider Company. Soup Meals remains a constant source of inspiration during these chilly Pacific Northwest months, and we can't imagine our forest fare without discovering the book at Vivienne Culinary Books. We also added pancetta from Cowbell-an ingredient that truly brought the dish to life.

      Hello and thanks for watching! The push buttons turn the stove burners on/off and adjust the temperature. It's a General Electric from the 60s.
