Episode 3: Home Improvement and Tomato/Peach Salad

We picked up a few things at a local salvaged goods store, Hippo Hardware. Definitely check this place out if you're looking for a nice hook or knob! We also met one of our hoofed neighbors and made a tomato/peach salad. Enjoy!

Tomato/Peach Salad
2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
2 peaches, sliced
4 small tomatoes, sliced
basil and mint to garnish
Jacobsen pure kosher sea salt
pepper
olive oil
