Oh I have been there and the worst thing is you get so used to waking app at a certain time for so long. Your body naturally will wake up around that time. And then I cannot go to sleep when I get my few random days off it is horrible I can never sleep through all day. I may be able to take a nap later on if I'm lucky, but no, what's that internal alarm clock Kix in that's it? I'm awake. I might as well drink coffee and go for a run. Cuz im not going back to bed lol😅
