The "Birch Thrush". As it is called in Sweden. Is one of the first migratory birds to northern Sweden. They arrived about 2 weeks ago. Now they are already swimming after a nice meal of worms that they pick up from the ground.

A special Friday in all of Sweden. The students leave their student life to move on to the jobs they have worked on. But some go on to university or other education. But at least it turned out to be a really wonderful beautiful day with 20C. With party and joy. Almost 1000Km north of Stockholm. And soon the midnight sun will come. Bright around the clock.

My bathing place, now with a thin ice crust. This is where Luleå river meet the sea. Now I have to wait until late May 2021. For a cold bath. And here in the movie you may have seen four large icebreakers waiting for thick ice. To open ice roads for the ore boats eventually. But this autumn it has been unusually warm. The minus degrees in Luleå came just a few days ago.

Ya know, they should add a doorbell that Larry can reach. Yes, he should be able to learn. Years ago, my.mother got a removable alarm for our backbdoor, that went off if someone touched the door knob. ANYBODY. Two neighborhood cats who had adopted her bc they knew she would give them treats, came to iur door and one of the two reached up to.pat the knob. Instant alarm, and when she saw the two neighbor cats, she laughed and gave them treats. That's all it took for those two floofs; whenever they wanted treats and scritchies, trust me; theyvrNg that alarm every chance they got.
