I would not do two 1st rd.... i would definitely do a 1st and any reasonable combination of picks. I would not give up ANY defensive players. I'm picturing Garrett being added to the existing D. I don't want to give up a lot for a 30 year old athlete... no matter who he is. I think he helps this D for 2 or 3 more years before he is Jadaveon Clowney.... which is fine... but not $40M per good

Wouldn't it be nice to land Garrett in a trade, sign Mack, Ford and Higgins in free agency, then resign Wagner. Then use the draft for some young depth on D and O line.

We have and will have a low 1st Rd pick. We would have to give up more than normal to get him since we so far down. This is just a pipe dream. Then you will have to pay him probably in the 35 and up range a year.

Trade Allen and picks for Myles Garrett, sign K.Mack, Osa Odighizuwa, Carlton Davis, Ronnie Stanley, and Dan Moore. Kick Wylie in at guard until Cosmi can return, and let Coleman compete for LG while also bringing back C.Lucus. Moore can play RT and we fix many problems.

Sign Myles Garrett for two 1st round picks

The browns are in an awful cap situation, I don’t see any way they’d take a player in the trade. The chargers got slightly less than two 1s for Mack and he was younger than Garrett, so I wouldn’t want to do any more than that. But if he can be had for that price, get him! We’re likely not finding a stud with our late picks..

He would impact our D in a big way! My issue is what will it cost? We just started building, so building through the Draft is needed but what makes sense?? Could we build and sign DE/LB Mack to improve our D now?? Signing Mack on top of the trade would be huge and could give us the top DL. What about also adding FA CB Murphy?? Would Peters be willing to bring in another big contract at CB? Getting rid of the Allen money might make it possible. Id be sad to see Allen go, especially since he suffered in misery for years. But swapping Allen for Garrett on our DL shifts the money more effectively.We need to take advantage with players wanting to come here. If we are going to be picking later in each round, trades for those picks may bring greater talent. Look back to the Gibbs days, with Beathard yearly trading away 1st round picks for veteran players?? In Peters we trust!

Mikey is not a full time outside corner . He lacks the ideal size in all that space and he’s quicker than fast so he lacks the desired speed playing in space as well . He can hold his own but against the better ,faster , bigger receivers he’s going to struggle !

F the pick, trade it and more picks (maybe Jon Allen) for myles Garrett and metcalf. Sign lineman in FA like stanley or becton, sign ward. Sign osa (dt). Draft left guard or tackle,lb,wr,cb. Let go of Noah brown, zaccheus, st juste. Throw khalil Mack a low-mid offer too. Go all in while jd is on his rookie contract we all no we have no doubt in this guy, even on a game winning Super Bowl drive.
