I love how the junk-only file folder turned out. 💜 The grunging up is just awesome. So beautiful! Use what you have is the best starting point. Yes, you're going to see trash and junk differently once you've recognized their potential. Even shopping for groceries changes, because you're having a closer look at the packaging. 😂

I like having the tails of the binding threads as bookmarks. They are decorative and very useful. In fact I miss these bookmarks when reading a paperback or even a newer hardcover edition. I really do like the stenciling, especially on the graph papers. Makes them even more interesting.

What timing. I've just been looking at a pack of these on ebay as they are perfect for a project I'm thinking about creating. Thanks so much for the freebie, and especially for making it in A4 size for us across the pond! 🥰😍😘

Your choice of papers is awesome. Espacially the Da Vinci drawings and calligraphy pages. I winced a bit when you mentioned to restart the Distress Ink with a bit of water. I'm not sure if you will perhaps ruin your ink pad, because both Distress Ink and Distress Oxide are designed to be water reactive. @w0rdsandp1ctures , @luiseheinzl and of course Tim Holtz himself might have some tips on this. I didn't want to go down the rabbit hole, so I just invested in the reinkers. 😅

Dear Kim, I usually spend my mornings thinking about what I'm grateful for. When I watched this video I've already started my day but immediatly knew, this was something I've always ignored because of the negative voices, even my own. I am grateful for my husband knowing I need my creativity to feel whole and my kids understanding little by little that this part of my life is the real me. Easy and fast

Fantastic video! The fact that the folds go around to the back is what makes them ‘Library Card Holders’ (otherwise they’re just ‘pockets’). They’re meant to make it easy to put the Library Cards in and out easily, without catching on the folded-in sides. Thanks for sharing! 🌼
