Hi Penny. I don’t remember my dreams but wake up quite a bit and work out problems or project scenarios to achieve final outcome. Right now it is in overdrive with Christmas projects and meal planning. I need to learn to calm my mind as sleep is so important. More meditation I’m guessing.🥰. I'm mulling over tricks of time that might mess with our cycles; ie: daylight savings, crossing time zones & hemispheres, long-distance air travel. 🤔I used to think my Mom was an insomniac. I would tease her about her "power" naps of 15-25 minutes during the day followed by bursts of productivity during the night, usually after 3:00am. Maybe she had it right. Penny, can you speak to Chinese traditional medicine & the concept of the organ clock? The concept of peak repair time, for example the liver repair @ 3am. ❤

Hi again Penny, there have been times that I have been dreaming of working at something (one time I sewed all night at my sewing machine) and I woke up absolutely exhausted the next morning. Does this mean I did not reach the delta state at all that night.

Thanks again Penny, I found this lesson fascinating and inspiring! When you said at the end of the lecture that we would become eternal beings I was a little confused.. aren’t we already eternal beings but just not fully aware of that and of our full abilities?

Thank you for your insight and wisdom about these topics. Much appreciated 🙂 As an exercise, for my own "stuff" and trying to release or resolve, I put my "subconscious/unconscious" self in "one chair", my "higher self" in another, and me as the "conscious" self in a third, and brought up some issues or old scenarios. Got responses from the other two "actors" in my mental play. It became somewhat amusing. The subconscious took everything literally, and had to repeat to me several times "I take everything you say literally and record absolutely everything, no exceptions". My "higher self" had more oblique, but equally amusing input, but put all the "choice" and responsibility onto my conscious self, who didn't much like that at all. It was funny. Like a comedy routine. But I do have a strange sense of humour. I take what I do, in a spiritual path sense, very seriously, but I cannot take myself seriously, but have found this "exercise" to be useful if I need to revisit forgiveness or letting go issues. It helps with detachment from the roiled up emotions around certain events.
