I was on the cliffs last night on the beach. I was curled up in a ball. Every construct I ever believed in was stripped away to my very core. I was able to see the illusion like I have never ever seen in my life. There was a piece of me that died on the cliffs yesterday. I was able to see the frequency and vibrations in animals. I was able to sense other people’s vibrations by them just passing by. ravens and crows have been following me. I was able to see the design of our very existence. And although a piece of me died last night on those cliffs. There was a rebirth. I understood that I needed to let go of all that does not serve me to get to my next highest version. I was walking and found so much light and strength in myself it was like god was paving the path where no shadow no fear could harm me because I was walking in my light and strength. It has been a hard year as I am battling a case against my union and my employer. I’m a Woman in construction and the guys rallied against me. It’s been a lonely path but a much needed one because I needed to look internally. It has been a very spiritual journey. That's interesting. What if you are meditating, but your meditative awareness is on both the internal and external equally. What if you rest in all of your awareness, including your awareness of thoughts, feelings, position in space, external world, and awareness of your awareness of those things? What is you just allow your self to rest in just being? What exactly is going on in your brain?

I think it might also come down to perspective. Reading the comments many people describe thing in a bad trip, I have also experienced, but I never considered them bad or had fear. Such as believing you have died, that was one of the most fascinating experiences for me, but I was also never afraid of death, so experiencing that never caused fear or anxiety, more fascination and awe. Amnesia, death of the ego, etc. all very profound and interesting experiences. Wasn't afraid of a single one of them.

There seems to be ALOT of people who are into psychedelics claiming its for "harm reduction purposes" and have no clue what harm reduction is. Harm Reduction is a school of thought of an anti oppressive method to weine people off of drugs. It's the opposite of the absence model. Allowing substance users to continue to use, encouraging smaller amounts. This term is associated with addiction. I don't belive this video is geared towards addiction, or harm reduction at all. I think people use this term to confuse conservative folks with medical terminology to appear legitimate.

2g of shrooms, wasn't too good of a trip. All I know is I came close to experiencing full dissolution. During the trip, it was pretty scary and intense, but after I realized the importance of that. Psychedelics brung me to face some of my deepest egotistical fears. So much baggage. I see a wider perspective on life now
