Love watching your videos, PACT makes perfect sense. Now I've seen the examples it puts the onus on the learner rather than me establishing start points. Students know their skills gaps, what they need to achieve and why. The learner can then decide the best course of action for them to achieve their end point, which looks more meaningful. I'd like to know more so that I could try to promote it into some of my less motivated groups. Thankyou

Great Video How do you set a condition or rule to Highlight a FOLDER when new message arrives? I.E. Changes from Black to Red. I know there are numbers of unread messages to the right of the folders. But there is "unimportant" stuff that I don't need to get to right away. Others I should be looking at more often. I am really looking for some that "GET'S YOUR ATTENTION when I look at the FOLDERS under an Email account. Thanks for the help.

If your custom cursor keeps resetting, put icons into C:\Windows\Cursors and change all of them manually. Then you can save and name set
