@@dragondefeu9837 Thank you so much for listening! I'm glad you like the cover, and thanks for noticing the details I put into the animation as well! I wanted to try to tie the animation to the progression of the music to some extent, so having the animation represent progression through the timeline as the cover goes through different sections seemed like a pretty good way to do that.

I've been listening to this non-stop. You've made the best song of the OST even better. I love the sound of the chosen instrumentation here, it fits very well. And the countermelodies, the CORE leitmotif... just wonderful!

Coincidentally I had Nightmare Knight stuck in my head earlier today, so quite the impeccable timing. Very nice job on this cover, it sounds really good! The background is surprisingly awesome for being "thrown together in a couple hours" without much of a plan going in. Overall great work, excited to see more from you!

After relistening to the original I do think this version improves quite a bit on things the prior was lacking, though both versions have their own strengths of course. Also I think the link to the recreation in the description is missing, I'd like to give it a listen aswell!

Honestly this is the best remix of real boy I’ve heard (this and the spamton church one) it just sounds so good, so unique and feels like it would fit into the game. That and it tells such a beautiful story in 3 minutes. Also strange you say that about the SoundCloud thing. I’ve seen and listened to a real boy a full song. Strange.

And yeah unfortunately that’s just how SoundCloud is from what I can tell, I think some people find ways to get around it, but those songs are usually entirely original rather than covers or remixes - and personally I would rather obey their terms especially when it comes to music copyright.

I love Meltdown and was really inspired when making this cover, and it means SO much to me that you like it! i was actually quite self conscious about that part specifically, so I'm glad people like it! It inspires me to not shy away from more original ideas, even in covers. Meltdown & UTY in general are incredible and I never expected one of it's composers to actually see my cover so just thank you! This really makes my day haha.
