I've been looking for this my entire life the cosplay opertunitys are endless alone. Tron legacy has probably the best vibe and costume design in any movie in my opinion. Also dafpunk killed the album. This is what I've been wanting since I was a kid. I went as far as to try and make my own out of the disny identity disc. Yes it works but it's old now and it was kinda not ment to be a lasting thing. However this is dope I'm going to be getting this when the time is right. When I do catch me on the grid how bout that.

I want to buy one, but I do keep hearing about how half of the customers who ordered never receive theirs and are reporting it as a scam or that it took forever to arrive.

Unfortunately I'm having some issues with my disc and there's no answer from the site or SK. I've made videos and explanations about my issues, SK said he will get back to me with answer and it was like 2 months ago. It's a great product when it's working but I can recommend it if the support is that bad.

Thank you for your review. I just received mine and you have helped greatly. There's just a few things that I've got questions about and I'm trying to dig around RUclips to find. For example, mine has black circuit boards and no polarity indicated, but I took a chance that the circuits weren't redesigned and positive on both batteries were closest to the button. I e-mailed the company twice to verify, but didn't get any response. Maybe you can answer some questions for me? - Besides the cheat sheet flowchart pdf on their website and the settings.txt file on the disc itself, are there any written instructions anywhere? The "FAQ" web page that is at the end of the settings.txt is completely empty. I would be happy to write up some documentation for it, when I figure a few things out. - Are both batteries connected in parallel? It turned on when I connected the first one, so maybe they decided on two for balance and battery life. - Is the settings.txt file read on each power-on? - What is the available scale for the graphic equalizer gain in the settings.txt file? - What are the audio settings for the WAV sound files? - Are there any tweaks I can do to the area around the button? Mine barely works with both covers on, so I'm probably going to take a Dremel cutting wheel to the plastic ring and maybe the metal plates so the button can move freely. - Regarding WiFi, I just now found the video with the info and password in the description, so I'll have to try that later. I'm sure I'll think of other questions later. I'm a bit slow after all. It took me a while to figure out what sound "fonts" are--I've only ever thought of fonts as text styles.

I don't think I've needed a Tron item more in my life more than I need this disc

I found this video randomly on RUclips. As a fan of the Tron franchise, I would buy the $150 version at most. I believe they are a collector's item, exclusive to those who like to have replicas of movie props. It's a shame that Disney doesn't sponsor this project, if a 3rd Tron film were released, the creator of this idea would certainly have more sales.

I would be very wary of the manufacturer. He used to make an older version of this under the name SKArmoury. I had issues with mine from the beginning and in the end of the whole ordeal it seemed like a scam. A waste of $400. I made a video review about it.

Ive been hearing a lot of stuff about scams and etc. but in all honesty. Would you recommend buying the disc…? I want it and willing to wait a little but I definitely dont want to get scammed

So when did you order and receive your disc? I ordered one in early September but I was skeptical because of questionable reviews from people who had purchased the 1st generation. They were supposed to ship mine before the end of October but when time got close they said they were behind and would ship mine a couple of weeks later. When I checked in again after 2 weeks they said they were still having some issues and would still send mine in another week and upgrade me to the metal version. After a couple more weeks, (into November), they refunded my money and said they would notify me when there were back in production. They’ve never gotten back with me since even though I’ve asked again. Oh, and their prices went from $149 for the basic disc, $199 for the retractable blade and $299 for the metal version to now: $149 basic version, $299 for the retractable version and $450 for the metal version!!! With the sketchy way they have been rubbing things and seem to still be running things, getting a blade at all is a huge risk, and if you do get one in hand it’s likely to malfunction soon afterwards! For the Creator of the Disc, “EONMAKES” I challenge you to convince me otherwise! I’ll still post for the Disc but for the original price AND the metal version! Oh course you won’t respond because you’re full of it!!!

Gen 2 is looks better but gen 1 has the right sound it makes.

For anyone looking into this disc. I ordered one in November '23 and after some pestering, got it at the end of January '24. The build quality is surprisingly solid. All in all, I'm impressed with how much is packed into the thing at a reasonable price. Disney should be taking notes

How long on average does your disc take to charge? Mine has been plugged in for a few hours and hasn’t gone up in charge at all.

so the disk doesnt come with batteries?

Got mine this week. I think your review is spot on. The disc is good but the quality control should be better. I still haven't had any motor issues like you, but I also had one of the screws fall off when first removing one of the blades. Also, some black glue fell off the disc. Not sure how critical it is to the build. I guess we'll find out :) Regarding the custom colors - I don't understand. The numbers that you shared are the numbers that I have on the disc. What am I missing here?

Awesome review man! Do you know the type of screw that holds the blades? Or the size? Since I need to replace one I lost.

How did you change the fonts on the computer? Been trying to do it and not getting anything. Same goes for lowering the speaker volume.

I want one but I'm still on the fence. How's the size compared to the old Spin Master discs?

What's your thoughts on the build quality? I have the same metal one you have. Difference I noticed was that underneath one of your shells, i think the magnets have like 4 black blobs on them. Mine only have 2 blobs, guessing the others are glued down normally. When it comes to shipping and missed dead lines, I think that he makes them to order, not ready to ship. I think he might need help with a manufacturer to make them more consistent in qualoty and turn around times. I got mine pretty quickly. How does the clock time look? Also, do you keep the batteries in there all the time and does the USB C plug in charge them? I tried using protected lightsaber batteries as well, but they would not fit, so I had to order unprotected ones from that same website you mentioned. I believe they are 35A, compared to you 10A. Last two questions. Have you gotten the White Kevin Flynn shells and if yes, how are they? Do you have or know if there's a soundfond for Beck from Tron Uprising?
