To my mind the regathering must happen before the Lord returns. It is a sign of his coming but based on Ezekiel, we need to have a war on the mountains of Israel before He returns. And the war happens when the nation has been regathered for many years and is at peace. THere is no mention of the Lord's physical presence and it talks about them burning weapons of war as wood for fuel. So I think we are in a post gathering of Israel largely post petroleum world again and at least one or two generations have gone by. The problem is the way the prophets (and Jesus) prophesied. They saw the big events but these were were often separated by many many years. After the gathering the next big event is the physical coming of the Lord but it doesnt mean it happens at the same time as the regathering. IN fact hte regathering has been going on now for several hundred years. It started in 1881 with the First Great Migration. We saw the establishment of the State of Israel within a 70 year period 1880-1950 with 1950 as the bookend. Then a gradual leaving from the nations for approximately 70 years, but something happened in or around 2012/2015 with Brexit and Trump and the recognition of Jerusalem and the Golan Heights. America basically fell in 2020 and it looks to me that we now have the second push for the second half of the people of Israel to be regathered, as the pace has picked up as have the wars and rumors of wars. I expect within this third day of the next 70 years we will see the job done and completed and Israel completely regathered from ALL nations of the world and especially the West. WIth all the accompanying turmoil that we saw at the first gathering. Rome or its spiritual successor, Europe, the West America will be destroyed as Israel is removed. I think this because the Jewish people see Rome or the West as Edom. and it fits in with Luke 21 which is talking first and foremost about the redemption of the Jewish people ie the End of the Galut or exile otherwise known as the Second Exodus and the nations hearts failing them for fear. Its talking first and foremost those nations amongst whom the Jewish people have been living to whose countries they were carried off, which is overwhelmingly the West. But I don't think it is something which is going to happen overnight. Especially not since the Lord is not regathering just the remnant of the Jewish people, but also the remnant of the 10 tribes who identify with and as Israel and join themselves with Judah. Largely evangelical Christians it appears to me at this moment. I think based on what happened in Nazi Germany, the countries of the West will start driving out their Christians effectively and it could very well have something to do with the rise of Islam in Western Europe - and potentially a fascist movement arising in America or even a very left wing movement which allies itself with Islam. EIther way, both the Jews and THe Israel supporting Christians have an incentive to stick together and to defend each other, which will glue them together again as a people once again facing a joint threat. We see this talked about in Hosea. Wherever you see Jews and Christians either living together or fighting Islam together, that in itself is a fulfilment of prophecy and a sign of what is to come in an even greater fashion as the trend will continue. The only question is - which Christians will stand with Israel? The ones who do are the ones who will be joined to her, as they are the descendants of the 10 tribes. Probably the majority will be or have been Americans originally, with a representative scattering from other nations too. Many members of the 10 tribes will be probably lost either physically or spiritually before the end, due to either persecution or a rise in unbelief and anti-semitism, just as the Jewish people experienced loss in the Holocaust and due to assimilation. We already know many of the next generation - the children of evangelicals - are leaving God and turning against Israel. It is possible that many of us who remain will end up on other shores or in other countries as refugees from America.

Though they teach this stuff regularly in Jr. High science classes, I don't think many of us think about the conditions needed to create a single fossil. With enough time, just about everything breaks down and little remains.

Y-Chromosome Adam(actually Noah) & Mitochondrial Eve don't go back 150,000 years... the mutation rate they use is the phylogenetic rate (which is assumed because EvOlUTioN rEal, DuH!!! ) But if you use the OBSERVED pedigree rate (calculated by lining up as many direct ancestors e.g. daughter, mother, grandma, great grandma etc), Adam & Eve land at "...an age of only of 6,500 years..." 🚨These are their own words & they aren't even on our side The paper is T. J. Parsons et al. 1997 What they've done now with recent papers is they've gotten slicker & instead of putting out an actual age (always <10,000 years), they just say the pedigree rate is way too fast than the phylogenetic rate - they need it slow so that they can have their 150,000-year dates They toss out anything that doesn't conform to their story. This is exactly what they did with Eve... they first got the 6,500 years but then tossed it out because they already believed humans to be much older & so they made up & justified the phylogenetic rate I know you're an old-earther but, God put Adam & Eve's proof in our genetics & even gave us a literal clock... Gen 1:2 occurs BEFORE Gen 1:1 !!! This has been proven grammatically by scholars. The gap could be between 1:2 and 1:3. However, you must mean that there is a gap between 2:3 and 2:4, because no humans had been created before the sixth day.

Javelins and other weapons would not have been used by the humans created in the image of the gods because they were vegan (Gen 1:28), i.e. they did not eat meat. I've seen a video by some young earth creationist claiming all empiric human mutation rate studies show that those timelines are way too long. With the observed mutation rates adam end eve would be a few thousands of years into that. I would love to see someone take that apart with solid arguments, that aren't just based on adding some correction factor and fitting the timelines to the scientific consensus from other fields, e.g. archeology, geology.

You have to update this presentation with the latest in DNA technology and findings. I'll try to look for the link but one can google to verify -- at around 70,000 BCE there is a migration out of Africa event of around 250-1000 humans and geneticists say that all human beings can trace their ancestry back to these group of people. They crossed the Red Sea into Saudi Arabia and through the coast, moved to Iran, then India, etc. RUclips channel Expedition Bible makes a very compelling argument that the Garden of Eden is suppose to be at the southern tip of Iraq (where the 4 rivers converge). If this was a fertile land, then surely this group of 250-1000 people may have stayed here (and further migration occurred with this as base). This is congruent to the fact that the first human cities started here as well.

Genetics don't disprove God. They just disprove any definition of God that requires him to have created species out of nothing. If God "coded" the genes, he is a terrible coder. Why leave genetic markers with little utility? What about the recurrent laryngeal nerve? What about the inefficiencies of Rubisco? And why do changes to genes look so much like mutations we know happen? He just couldn't bother doing it properly and wanted to make it look like evolution did it? I'm sorry, it's such a silly thing to pretend genetics is compatible with species being created by magic.

there is no way the genesis story got anything right about the origin of humanity. it is mythology made by superstitios humans in an time where they believed in supernatural phenomena and knew nothing about genetics. chromosomal y adam and mitochondrial eve are not scientific "teaching" but conclusions. humans were not created, they evolved. even if there was a god the story of genesis never happen, if a god tells you otherwise then that god is lying. science must be bias free, if you are putting interpretations in science then you are doing it wrong. you say scientists are your allies, yet you go out of your way to distort what they say. the minimum viable population is the lower estimation at which a species can avoid extinction in the form of a natural disaster or inbreeding. if the number is too low, lets say 500, you are going to have inbreeding unless you take special measures. 50 are red numbers, with one couple the species is pretty much extinct. the data is more likely to be accurate if many people put their biases away and end up with the same results. if many people independent of their religious backgroud end up with the conclusion that humans came about by natural means, that they evolved from previous apes and not through magic, then most likely this is accurate contrary to some myopic stubborn religious fanatics that preassume that their favorite mythology is real yes it is a responsible posture, that is why you should not preassume that the story of genesis is real. and you know what? scientists have been working on these fields for dacades and are getting better. creationists on the other hand deny anything that does not match their rotten myth

Software engineers wouldn't reuse junk code that is dormant and useless to the formation of their design. Humans have deactivated genetic markers of our predecessors. This is not the lean efficiency that the mind of a coder would implement but rather the messy cobbling of nature.

The human genome has been recompiled without the chimp scaffold, and the GF genome matches the same. This means that we, chimps, apes, and humans evolved from a common ancestor, and disproves that Adam and Eve ever existed. Maybe go to a genetic scientist for scientific information, not someone who feels the need to misrepresent facts to make their point.

Unfortunately for Materialism/Empiricism, quantum physics proved 1D, 2D, 3D and 4D are actually "not locally real" a year ago (Oct 2022 was the earliest article i could find). The immediate lead-up to this was the Nobel Prize proving quantum entanglement. Well over 300 years ago Leibniz vs Newton competed for the title of "Universal Genius". We chose Newton, obviously, but an interesting point is that nobody ever proved Materialism/Empiricism... we simply thought it "ought" to be true. The only proof that happened was a year ago when quantum physics flat-out disproved Materialism/Empiricism: The observable universe is "not locally real" and that proves we chose the wrong guy, full stop 🛑. Zero vs nonzero numbers are what we assign "locally real" and "not locally real" to. If zero is one thing then nonzero is the other. This is due to zero being "not-natural" whereas nonzero numbers are "natural". Leibniz said 0D is necessary and more real; having no predecessor and 1D, 2D, 3D, 4D are contingent and less real; all having an immediate predecessor. Leibniz was correct and that means we're all taught contradictory logic, math and physics. This affects how we solve problems. [What is the difference between Newton and Leibniz calculus?]: Newton's calculus is about functions. Leibniz's calculus is about relations defined by constraints.
