I have given up watching any videos about sewing machines, most of them are actually unusable. Finally, your video introduced me to the basic, initial use of my machine. And you made the point of the lower looper when threaded goes under the upper looper.... I followed another video saying the opposite and was pulling my hair out with frustration as the thread kept snapping. I was so glad to come across your video.. you saved from sending the thing back!

I’ve just brought this machine and I’m very happy with it, but one problem I have that the reverse stitches appear loopy. No other stitches do this. What I’m doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated.

Hello! I just got my Janome cover pro 2000 and tryed the coverstitch with 2 needle. The left needle thread is contantly breaking after few cm of sewing (sometimes the centre thread breaks too), I played with tension and it doesn't help. It breaks both on woven cotton and jersey. Any idea? Thanks!

Brilliant video, thank you. I wondered how long it would take for someone to copy Baby Locks system. Although having said that; the Brother overlockers have always been easier to thread than Janomes in my opinion due to that little metal part that pulls out for the lower looper. I have to get tweezers out to thread the Janome lower looper and it’s mighty fiddly. One tip is if you need to change thread colour, just tie them together at the top and pull the new thread through.

So I found your video and followed along - bingo, I am back in business. You are right, it is easy, but I might have cried without your excellent and encouraging video.
