Because the cushioning and the response of the Hoka, I would rather suggest you looking at Adizero Adios pro 3, ASICS Metaspeed Sky+, New Balance FuelCell RC Elite v2 or Saucony Endorphin Pro 3

For the distance is ok, in the track and field is perfect, on the road is ok, but if you are not used to low to the ground stack height, it mind feel too stiff

Than suggest which will be much better bcz I have to clear the event... and now my timing is 8:59 I have to clear between 8 min

Hi, thanks a lot. I tracked the HR and it is changing significantly especially if we consider long distances, but non that much as I thought. It doesn’t depend from the stack height but rather how the shoe fits your running style. In case the shoe for instance makes you pronating more, the HR I notice from my measurements that is affected consequentially

Hi, thanks for let us know about your impressions and feeling with the Duramo Speed. While it is a nice shoe, perfect for training, it does not have the support a shoe with carbon or energie rods might have. I would therefore pick a different shoe for racing a marathon

@@runningwithstelvio with all due respect, but running a 2.58 marathon, you are not using the potential of these shoes. I ran my Marathon in adidas pro in 3.21 and it was a total mistake wearing these shoes. In Boston 12 I ran a marathon less than 2 months later and got a time of 3.18. Adidas pro is definitely too strong a shoe for me. Here you have to keep the pace definitely below 4min/km and only then these shoes start working

@@runningwithstelvio looking at your training, I see that you don't have any training plan. you just run. sometimes faster sometimes slower. How did you manage to run a marathon in 2.58

If you go back you will see that there were specific trainings. Of course I have a training plan for the marathon, but not all my trainings are in Strava, but at least they give you an idea of my pace. Actually I have a different opinion about the Adios pro, I already can feel the difference even for my pace and I really appreciate it. But everyone has different experiences

If I'm not mistaken they used partially the compressed foam from the EVO, but yes hopefully it is still durable and not too soft

HI Enrico, yes indeed, it is great for everything and it is light and solid as well. After 250 miles is still in perfect conditions, I've never seen such kind of shoe before ... I hope that for the version 4 would be the same. Ciao :-)

@@johndixon557 It's possible that the laces were updated in the latest releases. The model I have is from the very first week the shoe was launched on the market.
