Most of those 98 for a good trucks. Watching your video reminded me of my 98 S10 and that's a speedometer looks a lot like yours. I drove it till 2011. It had 400,000 mi on it. I change the oil every 3,000 miles.

My stepdad has a 1986 s10 with a 377 sbc 350 on methanol that makes around 700-800 hp. And it can go 6.60’s or 50’s in the 1/8th mile at around 100 mph. Steel headers, methanol fuel, and we just recently got a Cal-E that’s just the rolling chassis, no engine or transmission in it, just some racing seats and racing gauges, slicks and nothing much more than that

You should do something different with this. Instead of chopping the top, you could chop it from the bottom. Just enough that you can see your knees above the dash. Pretty sure that's why god invented the sunroof.
