WTF how did you guys even figure out such perfect hyperspeed movement?! This may well be a highlight of the new 120 TAS, it's so cool to see just how far this stage has come!
it came from me trying to grab the trees in wdw faster! it led me to discover the 10k speed reactivation, which me and elbertito messed around with to find some alright routes, and scattershot blew us both out the water :P
Is there a reason for moving around the joystick at 0:32 when the horizontal speed is already 0?

improved angle, and we dive immediately after anyway so it doesnt lose anything. we cant land forwards enough to slide 1 frame while also killing the skeeter.
