I think the sexy baby line is a comment on what's valued amongst her peers (rich famous entertainment industry) atleast for women is young and beautiful. Now in her thirties she's officially old by popstar standards. And the monster on the hill and too big to hang out is about her fame. She's so famous she's literally too big to just hangout. If she attends something it automatically becomes a big deal, mobs of crowds, paparazzi and I imagine even private events she'd become centre of attention no matter what she did just by virtue of being "Taylor Swift". And even slowly lurching towards your favourite city makes me think of the Taylor mania that takes over when she tour's. It's absolutely bonkers.
