I love the voice over though I also love the simplicity of not having one! I found when I had to read the text I was more focussed and grounded on the meaning behind the words - it was a bit more meditative for me. But I love both and love that you have had the courage to step out of your usual box. Maybe you could do a mix of voice over and just caption videos? Xx

I love your relaxed presentations! After a very brutal and sudden redundancy, I found myself looking at my life going forward. Fortunate to have a small pension as a base, I tried to take a creative approach to bringing in enough money to not be "on the edge" each month and fearing emergencies, and to have enough to travel to visit great nieces and nephews and provide gifts and perhaps put something aside for their future. One thing I am sitting with now is the fact that I have always hated to be rushed. I have worked primarily in fast-paced law firms in the hard-driving Washington DC, USA work environment and it was grinding me down. Time charged by six-minute increments, everything an "emergency"... but you better not make a mistake. My whole being resists returning to that world. It does not suit my deliberate, curious, deep-thinking nature. Leaving myself open to ALL possibilities!

The key is to create a routine that feels soothing and allows you to transition from the busyness of the day into a state of restfulness.

I hope to continue watchind more videos in this year
