Thank you for everyone's lovely comment, I can't always reply but I read every one of them 💛! It seems like the introversion topic has resonated with a few of you. What has helped you embracing your introversion and see it as a positive aspect of yourself?
Please do talk more about this topic in your videos 😊 I've always been an introvert hsp and I have always been shamed for that, especially as a teenager. As an adult it still sometimes happens (honestly it did recently happen in a setting that was supposed to be inclusive and accepting), and it helps to watch videos like this one.
Seja feliz!
Introverts unite! We aren't necessarily asocial and we love people (or most of them lol) but we need our quiet, alone time. For instance my husband loves to socialize, having drinks or meals or attending parties with friends is how he charges his batteries. I, on the other hand, need my alone time where I quietly pursue my hobbies. That's how I recharge. Too much socializing drains me and it can take a few days to get back to my true self. Fortunately we respect each other's needs and have found a happy medium. I love him to bits!
I have always been an introvert. Being chronically ill means I must take care to avoid lots of people. I'm happy to stay home with my kitties. I don't miss something I've never enjoyed so I find contentment alone. Your channel is a comfort and you are really lovely. Thank you for sharing a little bit of your life with us. I hope the rest of your week is happy. Kiss your sweet kitties for me. 😽💕🌷
You've written in better words than I did! That's exactly the feeling I was trying to get to at the end. Even though I know I'll miss out on a few experiences, I don't feel sad or sorry for it. There is so much wonder and joys to discover in a simple life 🫶. And cats know how to keep us on our toes 🥰. Thank you for your lovely comment 💛
Thanks for a beautiful video. I can really relate! As a kid I loved spending hours alone playing in my room. I would travel so many places in my imagination- and I still do! Haha. And as an adult alone time gives me a lot of energy.
I think that we completely understand you! With time, I learned to love my own company. So much that I now prefer it to others hahaha! Happy women's day in advance 🌷🌻🌹
I'm an introvert just like you and I find that people just don't get me, they think I don't like them or I'm stuck up and then I get stressed and feel down. I love your vlogs, it's nice to know I'm not the only one. And your cats are adorable! ❤
I found myself in your video, I too am a calm and reserved person and I don't have many friends, but that doesn't bother me I prefer to be alone and be with my cats, at one point I wanted to do like everyone else to be accepted I was interested in things that didn't interest me just to be able to talk with people, but after a while I realized that I didn't feel good doing that , I said to myself but that's not me, and after having done some work on myself I realized that I had to be myself and too bad if I don't please everyone or if I don't don't talk with everyone, and being myself I felt better, we must not be afraid of being different on the contrary we must see this as a strength that we have.
Thanks for sharing. I could watch your videos all day. Your kitties are absolutely adorable, and you are beautiful. I am an introvert, and I love it. I can't wait for your next video ❤❤❤❤
Thank you for making this video, I love it so much. ❤ I always have this introvert side of myself more if compare to my extrovert side. It gave me comfort when I am being alone and do what I like to do and want to do. Sometimes people that not close to me always push me to make an effort to socialize and make conversation and it really makes things even akwards. Thankfully my family and closest friend that understand me never did that to me, and I’m really thankful for my closest one. ❤❤ I never felt like I miss a thing even tough I didn’t have a big circle of friend or need to socialize like every single time. Even I found a joy of being solitude and stay in my introversion world within myself. 😊 I can’t wait for you another video. Have a nice day! 😊😊
I just found this video and have now been introduced to Quiet Tales. Thank you. It is serendipitous for me as I sit at home, alone, and quite content to do so. I understood all that you expressed in this video and I feel the same way. It is good to know, or to be reminded periodically, that there is nothing wrong with being an introvert and to accept it as who I am, not wishing I could be like someone I am not. As you stated, "I prefer time alone, than feeling lonely in the company of others." C'est vrai !
I love every thought that you put out in this video! It's so true introverts are often misjudged. This is one beautiful video. Andddd I am just loving the whole bunch of introverts in the comments section❤
I really enjoyed watching this video! ❤It beautifully presented the perspective of introverts, and reminded us to be mindful of others' viewpoints. Being an introvert can be quite challenging and tiring in today's fast-paced world. It's important for us to create our own peaceful personal space to recharge.
Good morning, I agree with you. Introversion has hindered me during my early adult years. I frequently struggled to "fit in" or find my place. However, as time passed and perhaps influenced by the events of the 2020 pandemic, many are discovering and embracing their true selves, learning to appreciate and love their unique personalities💜 I hope everyone, finds confidence in being themselves.
So soothing and relaxing, absolutely agree with all the points you mentioned as person who loves alone time and cherishes it, Mom is so adorable, thank you for sharing!!
Hi from another Frenchie introvert living in busy London :) the nostalgic feeling when seeing you using the Alsa raising powder ^^ I really appreciate the question you raised at the beginning about "why speaking louder", "why to talk if you do not have anything of value to add?" which I have raised at work several time when being told that i am "too quiet", "shy" or that I "need to push myself to socialise/go to party". It is interesting how introversion can be seen by some, as a fragility, rather than a strength. I think what has helped me over time is to stay true to myself and accepting that it might not please everyone or feel odd at times. It is a work in progress and I find it easier as an adult in her mid-thirties than when I was younger. I do not feel the need to prove or to fit the mold. More recently, expressing when I need downtime/ me time without guilt and saying no to social events, when all I want is a cosy recharging day, have helped me embracing more who I am too :)
Thank you for making this video for fellow introverts! (Yes, that includes me 🙋♀) It's still cold here but I definitely see signs of Spring. I prefer to cooler weather, but also love seeing more flowers blooming🌷
Another lovely relaxing video. Iv learnt alot from your videos as they help me to slow and down and relax which I really struggle to do. Thank you 🙏 and please keep them coming !! ❤❤❤
Beautiful video as always, thank you. I think I must be drawn to your channel as I am also introverted and have been told all my life to be more assertive. I love being an introvert and although it is difficult to fit in sometimes I am starting to accept who I am. Life can feel difficult when people ask what your plans are and when I tell them I will be reading, practicing yoga, walking or gardening they look a bit underwhelmed and the conversation seems to stop but I am ok with it because its who I am. Will be trying the lost bread soon and would also love the recipe for the cake loaf
I’m also impatiently waiting for a warm spring to engulf us all, listening to the birds sing is so therapeutic to me. Also your house is so cozy and clean! I wish i had your decorating skills! May i ask, how many sq ft is it including the balcony? I’m looking to buy my first apt and yours seems the perfect size 😊
I love the atmosphere you have created in your immediate environment. Peace and serenity, I cant have it any other way. I have my books and hobbies, my curious mind ; like you I like to make nice food. I released a former version of myself a while ago, letting go of a hectic lifestyle, shedding the stress of many connections ; some would call that selfish, but hey, in the end, everyone is out for themselves in some sort of guise.
Thank you so much for this wonderful vlog ❤. I am an introvert myself who is often misunderstood by the society. The strength and courage that you have given through this video.. I am so grateful for it❤
This is a beautiful protrayal of being an introvert 🤍 I love it. Thank you for sharing this. Never did I thought of trying to switch it off when I was growing up. I slowly learned to embrace my introversion when I was reading books & immerse myself with video games. Then later on in life, it's just surprising that you get to attract people with the same vibe. That's why I learned that I didn't need to become an extrovert to fit in this world.
I loved this video. I am an extreme introvert. While I love spring and summer, I prefer autumn..because as an introvert, it feels like autumn is a “nesting” season…cozy..gets dark early, etc. Sad to say but I almost dread summer. Curious if any other introverts feel the same?
I feel very identified with everything you have expressed. And I am very happy to know that there are more people who enjoy their moments of solitude. Your videos thrill me and make me feel very good. Greetings from Barcelona.
I really resonated with your comment on accepting the fact that, yes, there are life experiences that we introverts will inevitably ‘miss out’…but those don’t feel like sacrifices to me. It’s a relief to think that No - I don’t want that for myself. Sod what other people think. 👏👏🫶
I'm watching a lot of videos like this. Now going to live separately, alone in a rented room. It will be a brand new life experience. But change is inevitable.
So I’d just like to point out that introversion doesn’t directly correlate to shyness and I’d really like people to distinguish the two. They do often come together but actually continually connecting the two as mutually inclusive continues the stereotypes. There are actually going to be lots of extroverts you may not have thought were extroverts because they’re quiet but they’re constantly outside or around other people for long periods of time, never really alone in the house. That’s because they get their energy from their surroundings but they don’t always show that energy in stereotypically extroverted ways. I’m an introvert but I’m constantly introducing myself to others and talking nonstop and do not shy away from public speaking. I would rather not put people into bubbles, like commenting on how people who aren’t introverted like you can engage in meaningless chatter but you prefer something deeper… that was honestly a bit odd to me. I think you could’ve just said you love to engage in socializing when the discussions feel meaningful to you, but also who can have meaningful discussions all the time? Life is also about rejoicing in the mundane and everyday, but anyway, this isn’t meant to be a criticism of anyone, just reading so many comments everywhere including here from people who are clearly talking about timidity or social anxiety and tossing it all under introversion while also overlooking shy extroverts, who may struggle in their own way because they can’t relate to others but need to constantly be out and about. Also the world isn’t extroverted, most of western culture is but not eastern…
Hiya, I’ve added the subtitles for English on RUclips so if you activate those, the subtitles will appear bigger 🧡! But I will take note for future videos though 🌼. Thanks for watching
Well I did like your quiet living and treats you made but however the book your reading is unfortunately going to lead you down a path that isn’t good, I can not watch your videos.

I work every day in a busy hospital and I just love coming home and spending time alone every evening. It rejuvenates me ready for the next day

This perfectly explains how I feel as an introvert. ❤
Glad this felt familiar - I always wonder if I experience introversion the same way as other introverts. Thank you 🥰💛!

Hi there! I just discovered your channel. Thank you for making cozy and inspiring videos for us introverts 💕
As an extreme introvert person, I would recommend a book [THE MERRY RECLUSE]. You would like this book.
I enjoy your videos so much. Thanks, a fellow introvert ❤
So soothing and relaxing, absolutely agree with all the points you mentioned as person who loves alone time and cherishes it, Mom is so adorable, thank you for sharing!!
Merci pour cette sérénité que vous transmettez
Your videos are so beautiful and peaceful. So many people don’t understand the healing of alone-time. It’s necessary for me.
I love your videos and i sooo can relate being an introvert myself💖🫂☕🫖🥧🍵🕯📓🖋And i love your cozy home!!!
This is such a beautiful video . Thanks for sharing ❤

HI, is it possible for you to share the recipes of the goodies you made?
You have a lovely home. Wish I could maintain such serenity in mine x
Beautifully articulated and remarkably astute 🙂

I am a loner, always have been. I love being by myself. Don't need to prove myself to anyone
Every meaningful relationship starts with a "chitchat".
Unless it starts with, "Small talk. I can only handle so much. You?" 😊
Finally a video that someone has a face

Please, can you release subtitles in Portuguese?
I have added them just now 🫶
as an introvert i would like to avoid any rich glucose like that lost bread.
One request can you pls increase the subtitles font size... It's pretty difficult to read...
