SO TRUE! I'm 22 and For the longest time I thought of my interactions in Insta and Snap as "socializing"... AND THE PART ABOUT FEELING ALONE AND NOT HAVING ENOUGH FRIENDS IS SOOOO TRUE, even tho I know i got good friends and family, social media made me feel that way! A few months ago I took out my old iPhone 5 and I use that phone AS A PHONE for calling and texting and pics and music, but with literally no apps on it. I still got social media on my other phone but I only go on that intentionally when I know I wanna make a post or answer my DMs. For a while I thought ppl would view me as weird or lonely or wtv, but literally no one cares and the inky reaction I get if any is they wish they could do that. And I noticed at school all the "weird" ppl, like the ones that dress weird and r rlly bad at socializing, have the best newest phones and all the social media apps CUZ THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO MAKE IRL CONNECTIONS. I got a decent amount of good friends... I'm hanging with some friends almost every day and honestly that feels wayyyy better than having 100 fake friends online. Social media is such BS tbh and I hate how literally everywhere u go ppl r just staring at their phones, even some of my friend groups just sit together on their phones... but if u wanna have real convos with real ppl, just go and talk. It's rlly not that hard lol

You delete ur insta or deactivated permanently?

I don't know if I am the only one but since I deleted social media I ruminate a lot things I watched or read on it. It's even hard to concentrate on important task because I feel the negative emotions which come with it .

I love it! I might actually do this for a few of my chairs, that way if it gets dirty I can simply just take it off and wash it. Or have different patterns for fun 😂 ❤
