I deleted instagram and threads in November and here we are a week away from Christmas and still haven’t looked back. I never had tik tok or twitter. Hardly ever use Facebook. I only use Snapchat and messenger because I actually interact with someone on those. I started getting into reading and just started being more productive and I wanted a closer bond with my daughter.

I just deleted my Instagram account - this app was the issue for me, never had TikTok or Twitter or Snapchat. I deleted the Facebook app but kept my account active and only the Messenger app on my phone. I feel a huge sense of relief and space now in my life to do things intentionally only. And also I was getting fed up with the exposure to random people and ppl reaching out to me who I really don’t want to talk to. And btw I TOTALLY relate to you when you said that you got self conscious about being alone. ❤ it’s the same for me, I am quite an independent person and spend most of my time alone even though I have some true friends. But social media makes me feel like I’m some weird outcast of society. Love your video and happy for you! 😊
