Loved the video we are 68years and 70years of age and have been walking the canal for a while now starting at Rogerstone and so far at Bridge 117 at LLangattock. We have done from Brecon down the other way to to Bridge 151 so we have to do bit in the middle to join up. It has taken us a while as we drive up from Cardiff,park and walk then have to walk back to get car so can only do a bit at a time but no rush. Enjoying what I will be seeing in the future

Hi, Ive just found this video and loved. Will catch up on previous ones. We are in our late 60s early 70 and started walking the Mon/Brecon canal a while ago starting at Rogerstone. We have got to Bridge 117 at Llangattock and still need to reach Bridge 151 some time but no rush. It has taken us longer as we have to drive from Cardiff every time and can only walk so far as we have to walk back to parked car. Love the canal at anytime of year so will get around to finishing eventually.

Back again for episode 2. This looks like my ideal holiday now I struggle with hiking. Stood at the tiller enjoying the scenic view and enjoying the Peace and Quiet, not something we had on our early 1970 Norfolk Broad cruising Holidays. Is this part of a multi part series of videos, that have yet to be uploaded, if so I will be back for more? Tony in Essex

As someone who is single and not yet 70 yrs old but still able to get out and about do they have canal boats small enough for a single person? As an ex long distance Hiker, normally that was my choice of holidays for the last 30 yrs, walking/hiking 14 days at a time in the Lake District and Scotland for the last 30 years. Now I want to try something more gentle on my knees. Would you say its suitable?

I just discovered your videos. I love that you turn the camera to show the houses you are passing. Some walkers just walk and look straight ahead.

We stayed at a beautiful Airbnb in Withington in May 2022. It was a perfect location for exploring the Cotswolds. Loved the pub and the friendly people.
