Watkins Glen the Grand Canyon of New York
How is this thing holding up 10 months later?
still good. we cruised around the sound last week and it still had enough juice. Planning on going out again tomorrow.
😂 Ha no disrespect but if I want to go sailing I'll buy a yacht- you can actually go for a kite sup experience if your interested ...
Yacht sound like fun but it comes with learning and maintenance. This just simple way to have fun on the water. Will have to try kite! Thank you for the idea!
Narrator sounds like Elmer Fudd with marbles in his mouth, might want to try A.I. instead
It looks like you were at a Disney resort. Amazing, that's in Connecticut. The place looks magical. Thank you for sharing once again another awesome video.
Thank you! I am glad that you enjoyed
Thanks for the review! Ihave a sit-inside kayak. When landing at the end of a ride, how would you protect the motor?
Anytime! We usually stop and jump out before it gets too shallow; about 1.5 feet, and insert a kayak cart underneath to get it out of the water. It is little tricky but def. worth it. Hope this helps.
Cut the Check
8:25 NO dear, they were SLAVES
How many chattel slaves did the Rose's own?
The 1810 Census shows 37 enslaved people in his household, who worked on his plantation and served in his house. The 1820 Census shows 9 enslaved people. Slavery ended in New York state in 1827, and the 1830 Census shows 3 free people of color in his household and no slaves. Hope that helps.
Another great video on American history. It's awesome to see how people lived back then. Thank you for sharing this video.
Thank you! I am glad that you enjoyed it. Yes Rose Hill has a very interesting story.
❤❤❤❤❤❤
Witam z Polski, źle przyczepiłeś żagiel, jeżeli na dole ściągniesz sznurki, że żagiel będzie przylegał do deski to nie będzie tak latał i będzie stabilny. Pozdrawiam.
Thank you for advice! We will try it this season! We also have a new toy now- installed electric motors on SUP and Kayak. There are videos on our channel.
Looks like a nice place to visit with some interesting history and plenty of springs to drink from.
yes great place to visit! wish we explored it more.

Thank you for sharing your trip to Niagara Falls. I’m from that area. There’s a Niagara Falls RUclips video with the sound of the falls called sleep sounds Niagara Falls. Have a blessed Easter.
Thank you! Niagara is beautiful! Will definitely check out the video. I am glad that you enjoyed our video. Have a great Easter!
Great video, already subscribed, thumbs up!
Thank you! Subscribed to your channel as well.
This is a comprehensive and informative video, by which all details were covered. Can't wait to visit that magnificent site again!
Thank you! yes amazing place!
Had one of these now for a few years. Use it with my paddle board. Great on the sea, but using on rivers you have to look out for weeds leaves and such like. The guard catches all the vegetation & blocks the prop. Have fixed a wire guard on the other side of the prop.
We were definitely how long battery last in choppy water. One charge usually last about 5 miles but same problem with sea weed in August. It just clogs the guard.
Very interesting. I didn't know they had snow bikes. It looks like a lot of fun. Thank you for sharing your experience, looks like you guys had a lot of fun😊.
Thank you! yes it was a blast!
You were the guy in the first image right? Jumping with no hands 😂
no lol but with some more training who knows
I enjoyed this video, thank you!
Thank you! I am glad that you enjoyed.
Love the perspective from the backside of the falls. I never made it over there during my trip. Thanks for sharing.
Anytime! I am glad that you enjoyed it! it was definitely fun experience.
We love Cave of the Winds! It might be one of the coolest experiences in the world. Thanks again for visiting our hometown!
Yes It definitely is! It's an unforgettable experience. Thank you!
You have covered it from every angle and captured the rainbow with both ends touching water. Wonderful.
All the venues are in great conditions and improved continuously. Last year they hosted the world university games and host world cup events in most sports. Nothing is abandoned. Yeah one team housing complex is now a prison. LP is the US training center for several sports and HQ for the Special Olympics. squaw Valley let it all go to ruins. Ski jump has new refrigeration, summer surfacing, cafe, store and dedicated gondola. Bobsled was rebuilt and has that beautiful training center with store and cafe. Hockey rink is also updated. Museum was remodeled, on and on. Not abandoned.
Great to hear! We only spent a day in Lake Placid and most of information originated from conversions with locals. Will definitely try to come back and explore more. Lake Placid is amazing place and there is a lot of history there.
Thank you so much for this video. It made me so homesick. People don;t realize just how much history and what the area is really all about. Many just think of the park at the picnic area.
I am glad you enjoyed! yes there is so much more to Bear Mountain. Fall is our favorite time to visit. Views are just amazing!
Looks like much fun! Great Christmas lights and displays. Thanks.
Thank you! yes great time! There is also Winter Realms video on our channel. It is also light show in Lake George.
I love Lake Placid, I was there in the summer years ago.
Yes fun place to visit in winter as well.
Pretty cool. Nice lights. A bit mesmerizing.
Thank you Matt! Yes awesome experience
Nice job on the video. Thanks.
Thank you! I am glad that you enjoyed.
It is amazing!!! Very informative video 👍🏻
Thank you! I am glad that you enjoyed!
Part Two didn't disappoint. Another "Well Done." The U.S. side of the Falls in many ways is closer to the original Niagara experience - not so built up. I LOVE exploring all the trails on Goat Island, the Three Sisters Islands - and taking an elevator to the base of the Shoelkopf Power Plant ruins, just north of The Honeymoon Bridge. Also "Devil's Glen" just south o the Robert Moses Power plant further downstream is a GREAT way to get right down to the shore of The Niagara River (which is really a Strait). 🤫😎 I'm going to post a link to your videos on "Hidden Niagara," my own Niagara video tour of the gorge on the Canadian side. Feel free to visit. BTW: Thanks for the plug for The Canadian Power Plant Experience. (That was my idea!) All the best & kudos, Niagara Glenn
Thank you again! I just subscribed to your channel as well. Will definitely visit your "Hidden Niagara" video tour.
Very nice "You Are There" footage from the American side. I especially enjoyed the "Maid of the Mist" trip covering all three Falls. Give you a very good idea of what to expect- (As in - you'll get SOAKED - but you won't really care.)😄 Going to check out Part Two now. Well Done. BTW: The water is green because it contains "Rock Flour," tiny particles of rock, ground down by the erosive action of the "river." It's even more pronounced during the Spring run-off.
Thank you! I am glad that you enjoyed. Yes Maid of the Mist if definitely for warmer weather. You get soaked but its so worth it! Thank you so much for the information on water color. Will have to come back in the spring to see.
Thanks for commenting on my video to check out yours. So weird, we were there in December and there weren't that many stairs. I wonder if they are closed for the winter. Awesome video tho!
Thank you! I bet they close some of the pathways when it gets icy. You should definitely go back in the spring/summer.
Absolutely wonderful 👍❤
Thank you! I am glad that you enjoyed.
wonderful😍
Thank you! 😊
so amazing
Thank you!
This is one of our favorite places. The whole area is just amazing. Great memories. Lynn and Danny
Yes agreed!
Very informative! Great!
Thank you!
This was outstanding. I love your presentation style 👍❤
Thank you so much! I am glad that you enjoyed.
You did an absolutely wonderful job on this 👍❤
Thank you! I am glad that you enjoyed!
I just subscribed to you channel. Great job
Thank you!
Great video
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it!
If you only go to LG Village you haven't at all explored Lake George. 99% of the fun stuff is north of the Village, which is overrun by tourists basically throughout the year.
Thank you, will have to explore more next time. We were actually just there for NYE.
Wish you could’ve gotten more fire trucks
we will try to film more next time.
I grew up near there. Great video! That dome-shaped mountain pictured is Anthony's Nose, not Bear Mountain. It's at the eastern end of the Bear Mountain Bridge.
Thank you! Beautiful place. We will have visit Anthony's Nose Mountain next. Looks like they have some nice hiking trail there.
Thanks for part 2
Thank you! I am glad that you enjoyed!
These videos are awesome. Thank you for taking us with you. It's like we were there. Absolutely stunning views of the falls and the history of modern day innovations that we enjoy today. Thank you so much and keep em coming.
Thank you! I am really glad that you enjoyed our adventure and stay for tuned for more videos!!!!
Fun fact: the Maid of the Mist (the boat you were on) actually does that 360 degree turn due to the new motors on the all-electric vessels. They are actually the first of their kind in North America. The Canadian diesel boats currently cannot do that trick, which means it's something you can only experience on the American side of Niagara Falls!
Thank you so much for sharing this fun fact!
It looks like you had a wonderful time exploring the natural beauty of Niagara Falls! If you'd like to learn more about the history of our region, consider visiting our channel. We share a combination of historical, informational, and travel planning videos from a local perspective here in Niagara Falls (including how the Niagara River's flow is controlled for hydroelectric power production. We hope you visit again soon!
We definitely did! Thank you! I watched some of your videos; very informative. They sparked my interest in learning more about Niagara.
Now I'm thinking I'll take a trip there to see it myself.
you definitely should. It is even better in person.
