Mac Demarco - Five Easy Hot Dogs REVIEW
so his squiers and old fenders had 22 frets really
He drinks flavors of mountain dew that they ain't released yet, like Violence Brown
Dude no way
Mention boomers and the great Black Sabbath is conjured. Not a good comparison. I would try Gen X; they had the (excellent, if ridiculous) speed metal in spandex of yore. Melody first, folks!
...
Hell yeah
The hell yeah machine
Just picked a silver stripe up for £20 from the car boot. Needs some pot juice and groans. Heavier than a Churchill Tank.
Hell yeah!
Dudes still mixing on an Avid SC48! It might be considered outdated now, but I still love that console.
One of their best albums
It's a live album, but i'd say "In Case You Didn't Feel Like Showing Up" is the best Ministry release.
I was standing about three feet behind you when you shot this. I saw you guys pull up your phones and I saw what was on your screen and laughed.
trak-trak-trak
Foreshadowing…
Sounds like garbage. Need to back off the overdrive volume. Get a good quality warm crunch overdrive pedal. Nothing musical about this
I just found this album and think it’s an absolute banger, beginning to end excellent….imagine thinking the last CKY album was it
Lol
There's an instrumental version of "I Wanted To Tell Her" on their first single (I'm Falling/Cold Life), Titled "Primental", Al claims he wrote the instrumental (He said it in an interview with Yahoo Entertainment a couple years ago!) Found the video! ruclips.net/video/SU6-uMVECRE/видео.htmlsi=hLe_Tbu0PgZ1e6WB
Thanks for the info! Cool!
@@OnTheFlipSideShow You're welcome! When you were talking about the funk elements of the song in your video, you mentioned it may have been Arista's idea, it reminded me of how Al takes "full credit" for the instrumentation of that one Lol
I have owned a Yellow version now for about 30 years or more. Used it in a Hair Metal cover band from 2007 to 2011. She'll always be my #1. Still original, but small hacks like quarters taped into the trem cavity to limit the bridge travelIng back too far, as opposed to decking it. A rubber O Ring glued to the barrel jack as you called it because it wore out a couple years ago and that actually worked at keeping the jack tight. Lol Still gets her spot in my daily workouts when I get to the stuff in Eb. I keep telling myself to get it over to my luthier, but I keep having him build or repair other projects. Lol. Anyway, I thinks it's a great guitar. Only came across one other many years ago and was hurt, so I passed on it. Was very tempted though.
They're killer little guitars! Yours sounds sick!
Great album. Been a fan since the Some Bizarre album and seen them on every tour since Vince days. I dread to think how much money Ive spent on this band 😳
thats my guitar god right there!!!!!!
Cool interesting can we see a full video on this guitar jw ?
Any chance you’d be willing to part with it? I had this same guitar as my first. I sold it and have always regretted it.
It actually sold a while ago, I wish you luck on your hunt!
Came for the review, staying for the blood incantation recognition
I like this video ur good and I like ur peavy guitar cleaning
Thank you very much!
@@OnTheFlipSideShow u should do more guitar stuff I really like how u talk along it’s interesting and entertaining thanks 🙏
Peripherys greatest failure
Awful take
Mid cross
That riff before the solo is some of my favorite from megadeth
Never knew they covered Out on the Tiles!! Thats totally awesome!! Love the collection brother, I'm trying to get a CD collection together rn, wish they had a live album there in the 90s
Dave has the most iconic hair in Metal.
I fukn luv the Smith machine. But real shit, I've fukd my back deadlifting twice this year on it. Going to stay lighter with it, I'm with you man.
Never heard of amp, why do I see 7 preamp tubes in this beast?
It's a monster of an amp, sounds better than one would expect from a brand like B52.
@@OnTheFlipSideShow Is it based on a circuit or it's more of original design?
@@antonstefanov2146 personally I'm not sure I didn't know this model existed til a couple days ago myself!
@@antonstefanov2146designed by Bruce Egnater it’s supposed to be based off of the triple rectifier
😅 ridiculous reviews. Both albums are super consistent, with every singke song extremely well crafted and distinct
Meh
Its crazy thinking he's like 62 and still able to do this
He's a master
That'll never, EVER keep in tune with the locking nut sitting where it is.
It does well enough but yeah definitely an odd design.
Cool
I had one of those a few years back. The fake floyd bridge was an absolute pain to deal with (go figure)
Yeah they're funky! I find the lock system works well enough for tuning stability though.
I won't be subscribing
Good to hear!
It's probably one of the worst and most pretentious reviews ever. The guy doesn't even get an album name correct 😂😂 go listen to something else
I can't read, sorry.
Can’t wait to see the final product, I’m very curious about the neck and body situation as well
I cannot wait to get the parts in the mail to finish it up. I've had at least 3 FujiGen RGs come through the shop in the past year and they've always been superb players. I'm also very curious about the neck and body situation.
TF they are filming with their dumass smartphones?
Probably the first couple minutes of the show before realizing there's no point to record any more than 30 seconds. Hence why this was the only video I got.
They have to let everyone know that they goto alternative things and they are cool.
@@rugie6247 but isn't being there already cool enough...idk the new cool is not cool at all for me, lol
Dave Matrise was very up front about JR. He said that they weren't trying to reinvent the wheel and that they are a "meat and potatoes" death metal band. I think of them as the ACDC of death metal.
That's fair
I cant decide if this guy knows what he is doing or just lucky to still be alive.
Somewhere in the middle most days.
The custom shop would charge an extra $5k for that kind of relic job!
Hell yeah they would
👎

Meth Paul now that's some funny shit...
RAWK
One last thing. Peavy amps are underrated. I have two Peavy Classics (20W head and 50W 2x12 combo), and they are killer!
Most any Peavey stuff I've owned has been stellar for the price. Great stuff!
Around the 12-15 second mark I could have sworn I heard 2 walruses moan with a hangover
That actually is exactly what you heard
"you don't understand man, I need those screws for my tone"
Toan
Bog mummy gibson
Folks it hurts
The bodies are off camera
