Mezdeug - Dances of Mozdok Circassians By Kabardinka
Mozdok is one of the oldest Circassian settlements in the Northeast Caucasus region and still has a small Circassian population. Kabardinka's choreography represents some of the popular dances in the region. The choreography starts with slow-paced courtship dance called Qafa and then dancers perform different faster-paced Mezdeug dances. It closes with Qafa again.

@roverboat I didn't know British has traditional or folk dance! I know Irish Welsh and Scottish have there folk dance but English 😂😂???? Oh yes morris dance of course 🤣
@@ersoy47 Yes but Morris dancing is more of a fun dance by groups of men only. We also have English Country Dance which looks very like Circassian dance with men and women. And of course Maypole dances. Each area has their own version.
