    Hello Bruno, I would be eternally grateful if you could answer my question. I saw all your videos about training (some I didn't understand because they weren't in English), I even saw an entire interview you gave to the Gornation channel. My question: You published a routine with dips and pushups (vid 3/4) and a routine with dips only (vid 2/4). But in some responses to the dips+pushups video you said that you train that routine twice a week and in the video that is just dips you said that you do it once a week. I was confused by this, what is the actual frequency of each training I mentioned? Because I always thought that 3 push workouts a week could really hinder recovery. I thought, could he do it like this: First day - Push (dips + pushup) Second day - Pull (push like active recovery) Third day - Push (dips + pushup) Fourth day - Legs Fifth day - Push (only dips) Sixth day - Legs Thank you very much and sorry for the huge text. I've been practicing calisthenics for 5 years, taking it very seriously but I feel like I'm stagnating and it's bothering me a lot!

      My workouts are strictly based on my goals, so I never recommend anyone copy what I do because, in most cases, it won’t give you the results you want. I post them purely for inspiration so you can get an idea of how your training could look if you're trying to build endurance or give yourself some new stimulus. My training plan probably changed a bit between that video and the interview with Gornation and that's why these informations don't match, there was more than 1 year gap between these 2 videos. At this moment, my training week looks like this: 1.Push 2.Pull 3.Legs 4.Push 5.Pull 6.Legs 7.Rest But in a month or so, that could change again. That’s why these are not instructions; it's very individual. Also, your body can recover perfectly even on a day-to-day basis if you spread the volume across the entire week. The problem most people have is when they put all the volume for one muscle group into one workout, because that creates a lot of fatigue for your body to handle. My advice is to always do just enough, meaning you should aim for the bottom line of what is considered an adequate stimulus and not go beyond that. It works best for long-term progress.

There was just one question that is very important to me and I'm missing it to organize my routine. How would you organize the two push workouts explained in those videos to work better?' I was thinking about doing that dips+pushup (vid 3/4) workout twice a week and every two weeks replacing one of those dips+pushup days with that dips (vid 2/4) workout? What do you think? Do you have any better suggestions? Thank you very much for everything, unfortunately few people in the world who reach a very high level decide to help other people to get there too, you are certainly a rarity.     Hey beast, do you think its a good idea if a do on my push day, the same exact workout u do for “pull day” - 7 exercises which of 5 pull sets and 2 push for 5 rounds, but instead i switch it up and i do 5 pushing sets and 2 pulling sets for 5 rounds, with the same principal?
