UEFI boot thingy
Everyone knows it is a GTX1080 TI
Video this is clipped from was released 2 years ago
For a good budget graphics card where you can play more than minesweeper, a 1060 would be your best bet, but that is bottom of the line, again assuming you want to plqy more than minesweeper or solitaire
Video this is clipped from was released 2 years ago
@JxTechy that don't mean anything, I've had my 1060 for almost 10 years and only recently have I needed to upgrade.
Well it does as the 970 was a more capable card 2 years ago. I’m not disagreeing with you. The 1060 is a great card and I only upgraded from mine at the start of this year and it is one of the best budget cards. But at the time the video this short is clipped from was released the GTX 970 was cheaper than the GTX 1060 making the 970 better value for money at the time. That is no longer the case
@@JxTechy except I am disagreeing and the better value still would have been the 1060, the price was about the same new or used, and the 1060 would have lasted longer, the best the 970 did was run games at 60 fps, everything else (even 2 years ago, hell even in 2016 when the 970 was released) was bad. I would recommend the 1060 to someone over a 970 simply because it gives you more "bang for your buck" and allow you more time to save up for your next upgrade, either the 1070 or 1080 depending on your budget/needs. At most the 970 would be a temp replacement card if your original one broke down and you needed something quick because lets face it...who wants to wait god knows how long for a new part lol
Well 2 years ago the 1060 was £150+ and the 970 was well under £100. If you had less than £100 it was good value for money and bang for buck. If you have the money 1060 is way better but the video was just based off my region and prices I was seeing at the time. It might be a bit stingy how it’s only 3.5gb and then half a gb of slower memory but you’d be surprised how well it holds up. My bro was using the card up until last week as he’s had an upgrade. He was seeing at least 60fps on all his games, vram was the main limitation he was hitting. He also wanted to get higher fps to match his monitors 144hz refresh rate
no bro, the 970 is horrible

Damn bro just show us better 775 setup! With q9550 overclocked to 3,4 ghz with transcend axe ram 8GB 1033 mhz cl5, gtx 970 and some ssd
Bro this video was filmed years ago. During Covid, during a parts shortage and price rises. Please check the upload date before commenting 👍🏻
i have this gpu in 2020. but its time to upgrade. waiting for the 50 series or rdna 4 next year before i pull the trigger.
Nice
The oi five ?
i5. It is my accent. I am from a part of the UK called the Black Country. Unfortunately I can’t help my accent
@@JxTechy I was joking. it's ok mate.. don't excuse your accent.. roll with it.
I like computers
Nice
Bro my Xbox 360 console it's working well and I and unplug the HDMI cable for a other thing and and I replug the the same hdmi cable and power on qnd its red light And I unplug the HDMI cable and power on without HDmi my cable and still red light I don't know please help me this is my favourite console and I'm struggling should you help me
The red light (also known as the red ring of death) can be caused by a few things. Try removing the hard drive and restarting the console. If it works try and put the hard drive back in. If it red rings again it’s the hard drive. Otherwise unplug all USB devices and plug them back in one at a time restarting the console each time. If your still getting a red ring it’s most likely a capacitor has gone or something internally has broken unfortunately
Great video! My 360 slim will always have a place in my living room.
Thank you! I’ve really enjoyed using mine these last 2 weeks. I’m probably going to keep using it for another month or 2 😅

Gaming With The RTX 2060 in 2024? im gaming with zotac amp omega GTX970 and playing COD warzone on 60 fps🤣🤣🤣
Very nice. 970 is such an underrated card. I actually did a review on it a couple of years ago. Here’s the vid - ruclips.net/video/SHcCi50HSkQ/видео.htmlsi=Ozc43D9BmefqI7qF
Been using a GTX 2060 super for years and it works fine. I sometimes get my head turned by those fancy new 4000 series cards, but with the games I play, I'd never notice the benefits. I would notice the drain in my bank account.
Exactly the same here. Completely agree 👍🏻
Massively overpaid for a 2060 6GB back in June 2021 (around 560 euros). Still have mine and will keep it for a while, since I paid so much I'm gonna use it until it either breaks down or becomes too outdated.
That’s fair enough. Yes they did seem to drop in price very quickly, mainly thanks to the 30 series and then 40 series but I’m sure this card will be fine for many more years 👍🏻
@@JxTechy Yeah I bought it in the middle of the gpu crisis during covid. Was building my first PC and this was genuinely the cheapest option back then for a discrete GPU. In hindsight I should have gone for a CPU with internal graphics and just wait until the prices would drop but I was inpatient back then haha
I feel you. I built a couple of PCs for family during that time and it was difficult. I think a GTX 1050Ti cost £160 used and with that one I got mega lucky 😅
ironic this showed up in my recomended lol, yesterday i finally upgraded from my 2060 to a 4080 super. Loved my 2060, had mine for 3 years and it was a trooper.
Very nice. Glad you enjoyed the card in the time you had it. A 4080 Super sounds like some upgrade. Enjoy! 😊
It is a significant upgrade my dude
@@cmmss6612 absolutely, hopefully since i went all out i shouldnt have to upgrade for another like 3 or 4 years if i wanna play modern titles in 1440p
Oh yeah definitely. I’d say you’d be fine for the next 5 years 😅
Is that pcie and pci on one motherboard, weird
Yeah it is. It’s a fairly old board as it’s socket 1155
I remember playing gta iv very well on this
Im used to seeing this in single digit framerates. Nice Benchmark 👍
Thank you 👍🏻
I found recently a motherboard, cpu and ram on the street here in germany i was shocked wehn i aded some ram and cheap ssd it ran youtue on 720p with integraed gpu and it had some dual core on 1.8ghz.Socket 775 is stil ok for basic stuff even today
just tell them you are doing 3d modeling
Can I do the same upgrade without updating BIOS?
Depends on the motherboard
Hola bro your videos are good just try to put the sound over the video next time as I m not able to hear it properly
Thanks. Unfortunately I bulk made these a while ago and scheduled them to upload. If I make any more I will
How much did you buy for?
I think it cost me £400 in total but that was almost 5 years ago now lol. This short is just a clip from that video
The music is legendary man!!
Thanks man!
I'm amazed that it can't play a 4k file, my raspberry pi 4 can play 4k video without a glitch, it's not good at transcoding in realtime, I was looking for something that could transcode, but not being able to play 4k would be a show stopper for me
Yeah I was surprised as well, it may be due to the way plex transcodes the videos
Hope you know how to tweak bios these days pc no work whit out bios tuning😂
Yeah I did. this is just a short mate. Watch the full video for more details
@@JxTechy can't really see much of Bios tweaking in that video can you send a link where i can have a look at bios seþings BCLK and cpu voltages really intresting or HWinfo would be nice
@@salamdrik I filmed the video years ago so can't remember if I put them in the video or not. I had no issues with the PC with my settings and the 3dmark and Cinebench scores were higher than other PCs at the same spec.
If you can get cheap, used i7, then its worth it, otherwise an upgrade for just 5-10 fps average for full i7 price (new cpu), is not worth it. Saw benchmark on god of war (5 fps), up to forza 5 (about 10fps difference) on another video
Bro can that graphics still be used today? I don't play anything too demanding. Thank you
Not sure sorry. I haven’t owned the card for 3 years
Also this Dell 6320 is guaranteed to be returned as soon as the customer receives it and touches for the first time. It is an ancient laptop with softtouch on its top case and this particular softtouch feels like goo or sneeze 5 years after production date. Nobody in their right mind will continue using this thing as a laptop.
Customer has had the laptop for 2 weeks now and is really happy with it. He is using it to burn and rip his own cds as well as some light web browsing. Yes unfortunately that is an issue with the soft touch rubber, however I clean it with some white spirit and it seems to feel a bit better now but the customer wasn’t bothered by this.
"much" and "charge" words have ʌ and a: sounds respectfully, so why do you say "mooch" and not "chourge"?
I am from a part of the UK called the Black Country. My accent is called a black country accent or yam yam round here. Unfortunately I can’t change the way I pronounce words 😢
Also hdd give thise issue texture of fortnite aswell not only cpu
maybe
One question did you maybe tried League of Legends on this quad core.I have socket 775 duo and it doesnt run anymore. If it runs then it's a good price to upgrade to quad core to play the game.If you have any chance to try it i would appritiate it very much <3
Unfortunately I don't have this system anymore. i built this around 3 years ago now. Best thing to do is upgrade to socket 1155 as boards and cpus are very cheap now
Use core 2 duo E Use nvidia geforce 9600 (i dont remember exactly but it is 256bit) Ram is ok U will get more fps
Nope. This gpu will definitely get more fps than a 9600 and its more compatible with modern games
Unless you already had one an LGA 1155 would be better for the price.
yes for sure but I build this during the Covid lockdown so there wasn't much choice and prices were very high
I got it for a euro.
Nice 👍🏻
i have pentoum 4 775 socket but i cant install windows 10 when load setup my pc restarting loop 😢
Yeah. Probably missing some of the CPU features required for windows 10. You can try resetting the BIOS. To do this you’ll need to locate the 2 jumper pins and short them. Good luck. Hope it works for you
@@JxTechy I did not understand what you mean!?
Google it. I can’t explain anymore. You’ll have to watch some tutorials on RUclips
If you need an apple product for a kid or something, it would make sense to just get an older ipad 8th gen or something
Yes but depends on the budget. As one of these can be picked up for under £20 now. Where an iPad 8th Gen is costly compared to that price point
This is very informative. I bought a dell optiplex with i5 2400 for my little sister and plugged my gtx 1050 ti, and some older games run a bit fine with stutters but I saw the 2400 was struggling. I was looking for a budget cpu I could upgrade to without needing to change out anything else. This video answered my question and I found the cpu I’m looking for, thank you
Thank you! And no worries. Glad I could help
Hello I have this same socket and I was wondering If I can put an "Intel Core 2 Extreme QX9650", is that possible? or depends on the motherboard? At the moment I have a "DG33M03", Its a 15 year motherboard lol. If not, then what could be the best processor for it?
It depends on the motherboard. I would try googling the model of your motherboard and then cpu compatibility after it. See what I returns. It’s hard to know with the generation of Intel. Even with mine it was pretty difficult to find out what did and didn’t work. Sometimes they even require a BIOS update. Good look in your search
So would a ryzen 5 2600 pair well with a rtx 2060?
Yeah that’s a decent pairing to be honest
👎👎👎
Why?
Im on Dell i5 2400 @3.10 ghz 4 core 16 gb ram with GTX 750 ti graphics card. After research found you. I see my options of maxing this baby out is i7 3770. What graphics card should i purchase also ? And do i need to purchase anything else in case im missing something to complete my build ? Oorrr.. truthfully i dont have any issues playing sim games. Or any game as far as that goes seemlessly on ultra settings Other than flight sim. I need a better graphics card. Do you have any suggestions on a higher graphics card i can go to on current build? If so is that all i need to purchase or do i need something with that to beef it up a little in that area ? Thank you for your knowledge !!
a GTX 1060 6GB should be enough to match the processor and they have dropped in price recently
@Josh The Techie thank you so much. I'm learning. Just purchased the Asus GTX 1060 6gb dual oc for a banging price. Reviews were great. Again thank you. Will let you know the final result after Wednesday..
No worries and nice one!
That GPU was a beast back in the day..used to play TES:O on it for hours everyday after school
Nice!
@@JxTechy yes overclock it to 700mhz and watch it go..t also proved to be very very useful when I needed to passthrough my main GPU to a Linux virtual machine..best thing about it is that it's integrated into the motherboard so the CPU doesn't suffer any performance loss
Nice. Unfortunately I don't own the PC anymore that this was on :(
he included the issues too, not like other pc build that claims they buy their parts with no hesitation or no risk at all but they brought them online.. this is a good video to watch❤
Thank you!
My childhood😢
shoud i upgrade from i5 2400 to i7 2600 or i7 3770 ? Wdyt?
Depends on pricing. If the 3770 isn't much more I would go for that but if its a lot more the i7 2600 isn't that much slower tbh
