Your videos are very helpful but you are not getting views. If you want to get views and reach your target audience, you must SEO the videos by an SEO expert.

Sometimes, it takes one a while to learn things that others may learn quickly. For somethings use google and RUclips videos. Sometimes, it maybe the difference in accents. Speak a bit slower if you speak fast and you might need to speak a bit louder if you're soft spoken. There are good preceptors and EVIL preceptors too. The nursing environment can be very toxic. So, be aware of negative environments, avoid sitting in nursing stations that have two or more gossiping, complaining (all the time), be brief about personal matters, sit in the work stations along the hallways, be a team player. Don't go out with your colleagues at work, unless it's someone you know personally and don't take part in any discussion about colleagues. A lot of those nurses(women usually), gossip about each other, when one of them is not there the others talk evil stuff about them, then when another one is away, they talk evil about them. So, just do your damn and go home. Your current circumstances are not permanent. Learn from it/them. All the best transitioning nurses!!!
