    Thanks lilian, pls is noght shifts advisable for nurses in their late 40s considering their age and possible toll night duty might have on their overall wellbeing.

      Depends with your body.You need to know which timing you can give your best.even those in 60's are still doing nights

      Thank you, it's just that we over here are scared of night duty especially for nurses with morbidities which were primarily linked to persistent lack of night sleep.

    Do you pick shifts weekly or the time table is done monthly?

      Timetable is done but sometime people might call off.like when they are sick

    I notice they ask if i want to stay 12 wks ,26 or longer.Swali ni,sitaki kuwa na agency forever as i want to stay .How long do i take ?then apply for green card??? Niwache agency?
