I believe he was trying to replicate Kenner toys version of the 89 Batmobile toy which explains the one seater. The action figure actually has Gold accents like the kenner action figure. Very very nostalgic i was happy to get one for Christmas. Big 89 Batman fan here. Thanks for your honesty.
