Five steps forward, three steps back oh hot toys I think they do it on purpose so they can come up with five more of these in the future. We do have another one on the way you’re right.Lol
I don’t take this expensive hobby so serious as others, but the few times I watch this dude videos he’s not happy….always complaining about figures, vehicle etc….. maybe try another hobby….maybe. I know everyone has an opinion, but damm…..
tbh, the first prototype looked really nice and i been thinking about it and holding out my order as i see news that the headsculpt is changing.. in the end the final product looked so different and i give it a miss.. this guy did help some of us saved some money and spare us the agony of buying something that totally sucks in the final production.. he can be critical because there are people viewing it as a form of art rather than some toys.. if people all think like you, they can probably come up with some sloppy or lousy artwork and there are idiots like you who may just buy them without understanding the finer part of it
I do sometimes think HT's make an inferior product on purpose, they know people will buy Batman, but it leaves room to tease 2.0 at a later date and grab more cash!
They definitely screwed the pooch on this sculpt. I preordered this because I loved the prototype. My stomach sank when they showed twilight vampire 2nd version. Now this final 3rd version falls somewhere between the first and the second. It’s not as awful as the second but still not as good as the first version. They should have just left it alone. This would be a great opportunity for a head replacement program!
Wow. The outrageous hyperbole. It seems no-one actually understands the process. Or the reality of what to expect from a finished product as opposed to a prototype. Thinking a bespoke paintjob on a resin head will be matched by a production run is pretty funny. And my God yeah you don't say you're not a sculptor. And the "crucial"ism leaves something to be desired too. Any sculptor will tell you it's the *same* headsculpt. The strands in the hair, the lines on the face. You're always gonna get softening, sometimes warpage due to thermal issues at scale and such. And when they allow for that it will come off worse anyway if you're looking at a prototype which is ridiculous to expect. My thoughts are that yeah qs you say you're a bit crazy. Because you don't seem to understand the process and how it can be exactly the same sculpt, but the reality is when it's a plastic not resin prototype head and the (*same*) features soften a bit, and the difference in angle lighting and photography changes the perception too. Not to mention the moving eyes. 100% worse is it? Leaving aside the problematic maths and english there, you talk like it's a freaking Mego figure from the seventies! It really bugs me that most of the RUclipsrs who cover this stuff can't be bothered to do a bit of homework about something they supposedly love and reserve the right to pontificate regardless. And are just as bad and ignorant as the hyperbolic commenters in this case. SMH at myself because you got me with the clickbait heading, and got my hit. I do feel these channels provide a valuable service when it's video and you can get a better sense than with good vs bad photography. And don't get me started on not appreciating or even being able to name the artists who give us such a generally outrageously high quality. Whole lotta Jon Snows in here! Anyway, my cranky 2c.
Hot Toys stated they reworked the sculpt. They had a press release. That’s quite a nonsense rant you just made. “Any sculpter could tell you it the same sculpt” “you don’t understand the process”. You’re a joke.
Joke, the only figure i want from this terrible movie i rewatched begins and rises it's an extremely terrible movie, and I had a hard time getting through them again 😂😂😂. Bale as Batman, i hated . Keaton is the goat .
That sculpt looks horrendous 😮 maybe it’s amazing in person??
Ifeel you're clutching ar straws here😂

He thinks he's a critic

I'm on the fence, the head sculpt is clearly off but I think I will keep it because the armory looks bad ass and I am a die hard TDK trilogy fan
I just hope it's better in hand

Still have the elbows that dagger out when arm bent to 90 degree 😂 geez hot toys just separate it from the gauntlet and attach to suit
Bad head sculpt
I dumped this one and look forward to mms750
Bale looks like a lizard in the thumbnail, lol.
Fore-Armory
I hated that the Bruce Wayne figure is more like a statue. I'm sorry for the people who pre-ordered this.
What? $50 would break you? You got no business collecting anything if so
If you don't like it , just pass
