For hubby and I, 2 cups would be way too much rice. I generally make 1 cup of raw rice so I will cut the recipes in half. These are great ideas. I could stop purchasing the boxed convenience rice sides. I add a protein to them for a meal

Since it’s a tight fit, I think I would put the spices first and top off the jar with rice.

Today I canned 4 quarts of Chicken Enchilada soup, 8 quarts of Beef Enchilada Soup, one loaf of your Zucchini Pineapple bread and one loaf of Gluten Free Zucchini Pineapple Bread. Thank you so much for your videos they brighten my day and help us stretch our pantry.

June would be so beside herself if she watched the ones who do dumpster dove for food . There are many on RUclips who show the food they get and how they use it from said dumpster. People do what they need to do. Not all of us are born with a silver spoon and a snobby attitude.

Great haul, after 1 week power finally on. Lost half of 1 freezer full, cooked up as much as we could and fed neighborhood. 3 weeks and no cable wifi or internet. People are begging for food, gas and water. So glad to have foresight to stock up and prep and use food banks when available. Miss seeing you on big screen.😂❤

If Grandma enjoys feeding the small animals, good! I can't imagine anyone being mean about that, but people can be not so nice.

My husband and I go to food banks and food pantries. It sounds like she is too good to go to food pantries❤❤

I. Ciabatta Rolls, 2 Ginger, 3. Veggie tray, 4 Spinach, 5. Cashews This sounds like my Thursday food bank. I also didn't take any meat or canned goods. I went for the fresh produce. Potatoes, Corn, Celery, Carrots, Collard Greens, & Onions. My surprise was Kleenex which we need in the Evergreen (Ever raining) state🙂 Like you I'm so happy with everything I receive.

This week I actually skipped my food bank. I just didn't need anything. I have plenty for the week since I preserved the bounty when it came. Only thing I wish I had is some oatmeal. I'm all out and haven't seen it lately at my food distribution.

Use the food bank to stretch the dollars to cover all the necessary bases. Over 80 and SSA income only.

Veggie tray, spinach, hazelnut creamer, bread, & ginger. Hazelnut creamer is my hubby’s favorite.

Oreos creamer ginger pineapple chocolate chips very nice haul, I appreciate the fact that you didn’t take what you didn’t need. I’m sure A lot of people wouldn’t have done that.

Veggie tray, power girl spinach, honey crisp my favorite apples, cashews are a vegetarian staple, ginger paste would be awesome

Tamales remove wrappers before heating. I put mine over mashed potatoes.

My top 5 are coffee, cashews, beans, tamales and the toilet paper because you can never have too much toilet paper.
