    What a pity, such good exercises. Without rest intervals, it is impossible to do this, and the exercise time is reduced to 25 seconds. It won't work. The exercise time is ideally 1 minute or at least 45 seconds to feel the muscles you are working on. And rest does not hurt for cardio. I do not understand the motives for such training.
