I just got mine and I love it. I totally agree, the fit and finish is by far the best of any helmet I've used on the street or the track.

Well chosen colour and parts. But still one question: why now spoked wheels? You can‘t have a GS with casted wheels in general and especially not with these adventure tyers! That is a no go (in my opinion). Anyway, very nice.

Interesting. When I’ve talked with Dobinsons, they say it’s 21.25” in the front and 23” in the rear.

I've been wondering if it is possible to disassemble the BMW craddle and remove the outer frame that contains the lock mechanism so the only part left is middle section that holds the chigee. IF this is possible (haven't tried) it would give it even a better look. I wouldn't leave the device in the motorcycle when parking in public so the locking part is useless for me anyway

Chigee is far better , build quality , carpuride is not good , and the screen is not bright enough for sunlight

I am in the process of fitting those on my 900 Rally Pro I put the green ones in which are supposed to be soft don’t know what I did wrong but the pegs won’t pivot

Hi, can you confirm that the top surface of this rack is flat? Also, how is the overall quality of this accessory, does it feel "solid" even though just "plastic"? Does it bend when applying pressure on the top? I did install the Givi rear plate and keep it simply because of the convenience of an extra platform for soft luggage or using a heavy-duty lockable alu box. Esthetically, the bike is no more a GS. It will stay ugly whatever modification are added to it LOL

Hi. I have just got a 1300 GS and I am thinking of this set up for the majority of my rides. Would I need to take this off to install pannier racks or can I simply add the pannier rack (not top box) when on tour?

Hey motopapa, thanks for the vid. I just purchased a 2023 GT PRO 1200 about a month ago and this was a fantastic upgrade. I wish they made something for the rear turn signals, but I like the rear turn/brake lights in the back and being bigger is probably a plus.

So I’m considering one of these, but I keep asking myself, I’m already using my phone in the bmw phone mount, why do I need this? Is it an improvement over just having your phone in the bmw connected mount?

i have dr jeckill & hyde with cat delete on my gs 1300 and it sounds very great. if you want it quiet , just press the button. i use the loud sound when in the hi-way, to let other cars be aware that there is a motorcycle in the area.

Damn, both colors look good, the blue seems to match the blue of the BMW logo. Were these all silver, originally?

This is a great video, thank you. I didn’t really understand why they made that part as a flat silver surface, but it was cool to see, and I have to say, that is a very clean garage and beautifully maintained yard.

Personally I'd keep going and replace the whole bike with something that actually works. Serious backlash against this monstrosity ATM. Not surprising really considering it's a possible disaster for BMW.

Installed this and had issues with the bike stalling out seconds after a cold start. Did you ever have any issues?

Oh b one thing, do you happen to have the passenger pegs for it still like to take my wife for a spin occasionally though I do like it better without them gotta say again you did a killer job on this bike , I ride it every day possible!
