Thank you. I have been working for FedEx as a package handler for about nine months now, and was recently diagnosed with medial epicondylitis. I will try these stretch and massage techniques. It’s very kind of you to share this information with the general public.
The first massage relieve the tingling on my fingers like instantly! THANK YOU. But I do need to get checked too since I've been ecperiencing this after lifting heavy items on daily basis.

Wtf lame as video that's 5 minutes for 1 fucking stretch. Just teach us how to do it we don't wanna do it with you. Take 15 seconds to explain each stretch than move on
I suddenly develop drop foot after prolonged kneeling and squating and sitting on that leg for last 10 days ,few hours per day due to plastering wall,maybe i compressed nerve,if this is case ,is engouh to stop that activity for a while? Otherwise im male 35 yrs healthy I regulary go at gym so i suppose my muscles is not weak.
Any better now? I shattered my knee cap and femur in 2019 and it’s a lot better but I have stiffness and weakness from hell. Even if I’m standing on the edge of a stair my ankle doesn’t go passed 90 degrees.
@@jonathanbell8887 yes i got better in 4 weeks,i restored motion and power like before. I exercised daily specific for foot drop and day by day got better. Just be patient it will be ok
