Overthinking is always associated with some specified issues, & work ( jobs)… It requires a link of some associates of any… U just can’t sit in the house while having no connections with anything or anyone, & overthink … Man ! U need to have something to think about for overthinking…
Whosoever, generalise some specific or rare cases of cognisances is a fool …:
There is no overthinking atleast my side … Observe physical health of an overthinking , either that person would be an addict of smoking, drinking, drugs or anything else like this … They usually suffers with is sleeping scarcities , debilitating health etc … U always find those people in lost mode …

There's always something eating me inside( inwardly) on top of that I'm a over-thinker type of person sir.
Sir, I'm unable to start my journaling because thoughts don't come to my mind even after having an (average) good command over grammar before i thought i would not been able to write down my thoughts if I didn't know the grammar rules, but now I have learnt grammar a bunch of rules, i have to think about it how to start and where i should begin writing so everything is messing and sir I'm also preparing for the government examinations where English writing is just like a ( Amrit) key factor (mandatory) without having a strong grip over it i cannot ace these types of exams. It's becoming a pain in my throat sir.
