    I really like how you promote re-reading meaningful books rather than reading more and more books. Having such books around is a very helpful compass in maintaining daily discipline. 👍
    Can you suggest books which you re-read frequently for keeping sleep and physical health in check? Personally I think this is a very important habit to start in 20s as its rewards are visible in the later decades.

    • @DakshJindal
      @DakshJindal  7 месяцев назад

      Good idea. Some books for physical and mental health I read regularly are
      Stillness is the Key
      Miracle Morning
      Monk Who Sold His Ferrari
      They are very good all round books for that.

    Great learning from your videos. Not all successful people are running towards materialistic world. Your real test is when you become wealthy by following your goals or passion then how you spend your money or use resources.Mind has peculiar quality of imagination and thinking. Thats the reason we have got so many essential products and creation. Mind want to engage as everybody cannot become yogi. Mind will create and no body can stop this. As we cannot change others untill they want.So we need to become concious and use resources carefully because we understand the importance of natural resources. Read heirarchy of needs. Its engraved in humans. Your way of explaining and able to make people understand what you are saying is excellent. Keep going you have a great future ahead.

      Hi @@DakshJindal
      I just finished this book, and it was a wonderful reading experience-almost exactly what I was looking for. Now, I am much more aware of the comparison trap that people fall into due to materialism. One key takeaway for me was to know how minimalism helps people detach from comparing themselves to others based on material possessions. That realization is very liberating.
