    I wonder if your eyes hurt when you dive without goggles. Do they use silver or chlorine in that pool? I would like to learn to swim without googles (or even without any nose coverage since it's so relaxing!), but unfortunately, there is only chlorine in Belarusian swimming pools, so my eyes are red after attepmting to dive without a mask, and my nose really hurts :(

    What do you think is better apnea walks or statics, or to mix both.. I started doing apnea walks with passive exhale, do you find in them similar burning in legs and urge to breath when diving to depth? And how many repetitions of apnea walks is ok to practice and effective? Btw iam also without pool or sea at the moment so i need something worth of doing haha...

  • @doompoor
    @doompoor 2 года назад

    You forgot to mention one important thing: you should be wearing a neckweight at all times. If you don't, you'll waste a lot of energy and air trying to stay submerged (especially in a shallow swimming pool). I'd recommend using a Lobster neckweight which can be fully adjusted to your needs. It's a bit pricey but it gets the job done really well.

      @@algizWl Я довольно быстро 25 одолел. А вот с 50 пришлось помучиться. Но и с этим разобрался )) Вот только плыл я не так как в видео (когда делается как можно меньше гребков). А вот уже последующие разы старался делать меньше движений, но из-за того, что не было утяжелителя, приходилось тратить много энергии, чтобы не всплыть. Вывод: нужно или кольцо-утяжелитель на шею, или система Lobster Neck Weight. Мне лобстер больше нравится, т.к. там можно регулировать вес. Но цена уж ОЧЕНЬ на него кусючая ((

    If 3 safety divers covering 30m, shouldn't there be at least another one or even two standby on the surface? for example when the last safety diver failed to rescue, he could probably pull the rope to signal the surface safety something went wrong, so the rescue could be done faster. What if the last safety diver also blacked out after waiting for so long time? He does not have lanyard.

    Do you recommend using a weight belt or neck belt for DNF for beginners? The most I can do in the pool is 40 metres, but I feel like I’m doing too many arm and leg strokes only because my body is floating to the surface. I could glide for much longer if I wasn’t so buoyant. Thanks
