Could You make updated please
I wonder if your eyes hurt when you dive without goggles. Do they use silver or chlorine in that pool? I would like to learn to swim without googles (or even without any nose coverage since it's so relaxing!), but unfortunately, there is only chlorine in Belarusian swimming pools, so my eyes are red after attepmting to dive without a mask, and my nose really hurts :(
I lost hair
Hold my beer
What do you think is better apnea walks or statics, or to mix both.. I started doing apnea walks with passive exhale, do you find in them similar burning in legs and urge to breath when diving to depth? And how many repetitions of apnea walks is ok to practice and effective? Btw iam also without pool or sea at the moment so i need something worth of doing haha...
How much can u do in water.... my dry apnea is 6:30...never tried in water.... i want to know what difference in performance occurs in water
My record is 4:20. Is this good?
Dude. My record is 4:20 with the same type of breath holding. HOW ON EARTH DID YOU DO 6:42?!
That's beautiful, I need to try getting myself one. I swim with regular fins, and I love to dolphin kick with them, this looks even better. But like Batman said: "Does it come in black?" not a fan of this color, everything I wea in water is black.
I would like to know your static workout plan.
At 30m, there should have been a safety diver. WTF?? This is a great sport but it also is a mess - the safety is TERRIBLE.
Im stuck at 4:20 for 2 years
@@alekso3147 vero
Can I ask how much training did you need to get this? Co2 and O2 tables?
Years of co2 and o2 tables. Both are equally important to do big statics apnea.
thanks man :) appreciate it. I have 6:17 currently@@davidedamenofreediver
Idiotic music. The video would benefit without any sort of music,. especially without this shitty bullshit
Why didn't he end the video?

How old were you in the video
21 yrs old
I’m 15 yrs old now and I can only hold my breath for 4:20 with 28 packings. Could you teach me how to improve my grades? I hope I could hold my breath for 7 minutes!
@@dynasty5950 it is already very good. You will reach 7 minutes soon. Do not pack for the moment. Try to go to 5 minutes without packing. Then, after that, once you do 5 minutes easily at least 20 times with NO packing at all. Only after that, add packing and at that point you will automatically increase times over 5 minutes easily.
@@davidedamenofreediver Thank you very much for your suggestions. I’ll do my best to reach my goal!
@@dynasty5950 yes! Have Fun! 😊
Wow…the worse “safety diver” and has no business participating!
What mask is it please?
This is impressive. And you look totally calm...I guesss you could have stayed longer underwater!
keep going with your good efforts
At 4:02 the Diver with the scooter should have grab him and bring him up, period, that was better than nothing.
Maybe he was on the edge of a black out too though
like a Greek tragedy
How do you do hands-free equalizing, without a nose plug?
so your tip is to swim two lengths without breathing? Great info, retard.
One more question, I don't have a wet suit, does that make a big difference in your distance?
Hi Davide can you tell me if you have just the weight belt around your waist, or do you have other weights elsewhere? I bought a scuba weight belt, but the weights are rather large (5, 8 lbs), and am wondering about getting two or three smaller weights. Thanks
You forgot to mention one important thing: you should be wearing a neckweight at all times. If you don't, you'll waste a lot of energy and air trying to stay submerged (especially in a shallow swimming pool). I'd recommend using a Lobster neckweight which can be fully adjusted to your needs. It's a bit pricey but it gets the job done really well.
great to put your mental progression of your apnea
She appears to be heavily pregnant.
Thanks for your valuable tips, Davide. But whenever I tried to dive in the pool, my body tends to move up after few meters. How can I correct this bad form
If 3 safety divers covering 30m, shouldn't there be at least another one or even two standby on the surface? for example when the last safety diver failed to rescue, he could probably pull the rope to signal the surface safety something went wrong, so the rescue could be done faster. What if the last safety diver also blacked out after waiting for so long time? He does not have lanyard.
Sungguh translite yg membinggungkan
ı cant do that :( ı need turkish subtitles :(
just be a fish ... problem solved!!!
This is truly inspirational!
Is there a reason you wear a diving mask 🤿?
Is there a reason to wearing the swimming cap?
Nope!
@@davidedamenofreediver and the wetsuit?
@@Freddie.minton3256 yes, wetsuit is important so you dont get cold... and also because you can swim with more hydrodynamicity underwater.
Nice. I find it easier to do it with goggles and a nose clip because the mask of I breathe out a bit of air it shakes which is bad. The hat also kinda helps lol. I got 1.12 so far. I will freedrive when I’m older tho
@@Freddie.minton3256 great!😁
Good job,
How do you do that exactly before static apnea? How long do you hyperventilate and how long do you wait after hpyerventilation and starting the breath hold?
I can hardly hear your voice
vqaapxvm ruclips.net/p/PLatBUqXIPJGj7c_CsXA3X6WeCYjRcT1Hz
Is it true that free-diving is predominantly a mental thing? I.e overtime you get better at dealing with the pain/contractions, as opposed to your actual lung capacity getting better.
This is true! Exactly!
Great Comment!
Do you recommend using a weight belt or neck belt for DNF for beginners? The most I can do in the pool is 40 metres, but I feel like I’m doing too many arm and leg strokes only because my body is floating to the surface. I could glide for much longer if I wasn’t so buoyant. Thanks
Yes good point, try to use a 2kg weight belt if you are a beginner. You will be less positive buoyant and you will glide way better under water. Try it.
@@davidedamenofreediver thanks!
