Participated in 10 battles and got a total of 24 pack hourglasses. 8 mewtwo decks 2 pika decks….ranked will be fun. Used Blaine only and won 5. So far winning battles only offer shinedust. Hopefully there are more pack hourglasses at higher win stages

I beat expert twice. No lapras.

I got all the way to expert with a janky dragonite deck now im trying with zapdos/Aerodactyl shenanigans as I don't have a ton of good lightning cards. Just an electabuzz and Raichu to be zapdos's pay pigs 💀

Was there any confirmation that losing doesn't consume stamina, It was mentioned breifly in the video but I dont want to waste stamina trying to get a few extra wonder hourglasses

Results after using the 5 stamina + 15 stamina refreshes earned through playing: Pikachu-4 Mankey-3 Clefairy-6 Butterfree-2 Lapras-3

Do we know if the event hourglasses will carry over to the next event? I assume the next promo packs will release when this event ends to include the promo greninja

What are wonder hourglasses used for?

I didnt know that a chikorita could be so wise. And i just hope i can have a little bit of fun before it all becomes meta decks and exploits. I guess its inevitable in every tcg, i dont know maybe theres still some fun to be had in MTGA with sealed formats but you usually have to farm tokens to access it.

Love the idea, I thought I’d try to follow along and won the route 1 battle first try against a dragonite deck :) they couldn’t keep up with the small chip damage and eventual pidgeot ability - thanks for making the video 🎉

I play alakazam kangaskhan and ive been doing pretty well agaisnt almost every matchup. Havent been matched with darkness decks yet though

I made something similar to this, but it’s more for 2 people. I need a trainer to try and beat all Kanto, but I’ve literally made decks for every route/town/gym and o have deck restrictions to what you’d be able to catch and make decks to challenge with. Example: Trainer makes deck with 1 starter (stops at stage 1), rattata/raticate, pidgey/pidgeotto (again staying at stage 1 in line) The the Game Master would play Professor Oak to replicate rival battle. Using a deck that has all the starter, and also rattata/raticate & pidgey/pidgeotto. The after you beat Oak, you fight a rattata/pidgey trainer on route 1 So VERY similar to what you are doing, only mine is tailored to 2 players, as where you are challenging randoms. =] love to see more people are finding fun ways to play
