"The Past - Second Planet" - I wrote this on the other Video too , but i think they still could be the same ... because the same event in XCDE and XC2 have different cutscenes , DE is a Space Station orbiting around earth and 2 is a Orbital Ring Station connected to earth with a Lift. So XCX intro can still be the same moment , you just get shown in the cutscenes whats most relevant for whoever is currently watching. Aka in XCDE for Shulk it would have been irrelevant to know if that was a lift or not and if there were Mechs fighting , same with XC2 for Rex it would be irrelevant to see that there was in addition to Mech fighting also an Alien invasion ongoing. And also for the XCX Crew the Space / Orbit Station and the Saviorite Mech fights would be irrelevant to show. But yeah this would mess with the timeline. Or it would simply mean that the Aionios folk is not / can not be the Samaarians. This could also be an interesting plot / conflict for the future , aka creations surpassing their creator or something along those lines. Same with the Radio , we got only to hear what we`re meant to hear. Without the commotion that would happen around the same time which leads to the end of earth , what A points out. My point is : in the ending of XCX Lin says that she dosnt believe earth was destroyed , some other ships might also have survived and that one day she will venture out to look for their Planet of Origin. Imagine Elma and Lin arriving on earth after it turned into whatever the new Fusion is called. So yeah , the blue light in Future Redeemed Ending could simply be the Mira People returning home.

Or they forgot to change his eyes , but those eyes he has are clearly Mim eyes. 19:50 "New Universe" - Yes , but its a Pocket Universe / Pocket Dimension , so nothing can enter or leave , this was mentioned in an interview if i remember correctly. Earth vanished and Klaus created multiple pocket universes / dimensions. That is also the reason why Meyneth said to Egil there is only the Bionis and Mechonis and a boundless Ocean. Same with Alrest and same wtih Mira too , we know the Ganglion cant leave Mira because something keeps them there , Goethia mentions this to Luxaar in a cutscene. Alvis at the end of XC1 recreated a new universe from the old pocket one without barriers , but thats basicly the reason why XC1 and 2 Universe colided which proves his point "Hand in Hand towards the future". After the correct Fusion of XC1 and 2 pocket universes / dimensions it should re-apear in the normal full universe which is probably the reason why the White Whale and the Ganglion can now crash there , but why they now cant leave is a mystery to me. Some additional speculations : - I speculate that L is in some way related to Logos , tho i have no evidence for this speculation. - We have these Topics that could be whats coming up in the next game : Samaarians and Ganglion , Saviorites and Dimitri Yuriev , Ghosts / Origin , Gnosis , KOS-MOS and T-Elos , Icarus and White Whale and Mira So yeah if we get a XCX Definitive Edition or a XCX Reboot they can add more stuff to Elma , Samaar , Ganglion , Mira , White Whale , L , Celica + Rock , Ryyz + Daghan and maybe the Icarus if they also landed on Mira or add some of the cut content and story. If we get XCX-2 they could use a alternated XC2 combat system with new good Overdrive (if they plan on merging the things with a later game to stay in line with the previous trilogy) and go deeper into the whole repurposed Ghosts / Origin , Gnosis , Saviorites / Realians , Dimitri Yuriev and KOS-MOS / T-Elos Lore , might even add the Icarus in here. Actually , the interview were Takahashi said a XCX Port is all about money and time / work load. Never made sense to beginn with since many of the assets and code already got ported / reused / repurposed and recoded / updated for the other games. So putting that back together and adjusting it plus fixing up the Head / Face Meshes and upscale the Textures and fix the UI dosnt actually sound like a unreasonable amount of work at all. But if he actually had a Reboot in mind then his sentence makes a lot more sense. Taking everything from XCX and then completely rebuild the damn thing into something else costs a lot more time / work and money.

So basically: God is watching us. Literally, like we're soap opera reruns. This is actually a problem because now, His godly power runoff is causing people to not die properly and instead are coming back as messed up ghost monsters. This eventually causes the complete collapse of all existence, and to deal with it we (a corporate CEO and his ominous masked minions) need to hit the reset button to literally the Big Bang so we can do it all over again. Again. To help resolve this situation, we need the guy who helped Jesus do his miracles (who isn't actually Jesus himself, because Xenogears wasn't nearly enough Gnosticism), and Mary Magdalene. That guy's just hanging around (he's a twink space trucker these days) but to get to Mary we're putting her soul into the body of a hot robot. This whole situation has some people very upset. Some of them might be able to help, like Robot Mary's nerdy girlfriend (if we can deal with her psychological issues which, yeeeessh...), but others are trying to kill God through a convoluted plan which may involve shoving him into another, bigger robot. Am I understanding this correctly.

What the game needed was Ferronis piloting. Or at least letting us romp around in Oroborus form to explore faster. X (Cross) did it so well and it's a shame we never got exploration/mech piloting again...

The reason I bought the switch, I have no regrets because this game was a masterpiece, I followed it from xenosaga ep 1

I'd recommend an often forgotten series in Monolith Softs catalog, Baten Kaitos. It's quite different than Xenoblade but undoubtedly has that Monolith feel to it. Eternal Wings and the Lost Ocean was probably one of the best looking games to come out in the GameCube era.

I've played and loved the Xenosaga series. I've gone back to watch multiple recaps and lore over the years, but this video was the first time that SO many things just finally clicked together and made sense. Thank you for making this!

I hope we get another xenoblade chronicles game that isn't a sequel whatsoever outside of a few references. While i liked 3 i also missed the unique worldbuilding of 1 and 2.

If we're counting N as Noah then an honourable mention has to be N's speech against Alpha in Na'el's body. He speaks one of the hardest quotes in the entire series. It's something like: "If raw emotion affords him strength, then it must be disrupted by emotion stronger still. You failed to reach such a zenith. Alpha. I, N shall thwart you once more. My blade shall cut, your very will!" Which is followed by: "I am divorced of all that, all doubts, misgivings Gone!" To me it sounds amazing.

Honestly I found the story a bit inconclusive and too short for the duration of the game. In some parts it's really rushed, especially in the second half, while it really takes its due time at the beginning. It also went back to Xenogears levels of useless mistery. If the nature of Aionios and Z had been explored more in the main story, it would have helped having a better experience with the conflict at hand. I also liked the writing of the side quests...but they were really too many. The hero characters were too many. Most of them felt like filler and slowed down the pacing to an excruciating stop. The class system is a good idea, but not that well implemented. Individually, the cast main classes were the best and the more thought out to work in sinergy to one another. The variety of techniques and abilities was actually the best in the series, but I like more how Future Redeemed implemented them, than the base game, by removing the "job system". I don't like that this time the map is more traditional, but it's designed for the abuse of fast travel. It's a matter of taste, but I hate the non-diegetic fast travels in games. Exploring the world without it means literally running in circles for hours. I found it to be still a good game, but the worst Xenoblade. And it's a pity: the story themes were the deepest in the series.

I think it was a good decision for simply giving us 3 Xenoblade games

Alvis never was on Zanza’s “side” per-say. He needs input from a user to make meaningful decisions. He can adopt personality and a sense of conscience through experience and who is using him, hence him taking on Zanza’s lingering regrets and conscience, and growing by being with Shulk and Co. He needs input. He was meant to get said input from Logos and Pneuma who would debate and come to a decision on what actions to push through to Alvis to send as directions to the Conduit. Lacking Logos and Pneuma, Zanza and Meyneth more or less filled the roles in XC1’s ether subspace world thing. It’s also why Alvis was so cold as Alpha. He was acting without any outside input, based on Origin’s data and purpose. His memories from 1 were there, but deemed unimportant without any input suggesting that it should be factored into his decision making. Thus the A portion of his memories (old Alvis) laid dormant.

A pro tip I have when trying to get the Light element and Master Mods: Just focus on the chests and killing as many enemies as you can. Don’t even bother with the crystals or doing it hitless. All you want is the big chest at the end. Killing the enemies ensures you get to the top without hassle. The perfect runs are only good if you can beat the game, which is pretty hard on level 5. If you’re worried about not making enough ether crystals, the chests will contain plenty, either with ether crystals itself or by crystallising the parts you find there.

after 32 hours of playing future redeemed, i finally 100% the maps, characterals, enemypaedia and collectopaedia before beating Alpha, i also have two save file 1. no na'el, 2. with na'el. Rex just shreds superbosses like a wet paper. now its difficult to go back to the base game since you have to use fusion arts to even get the same amount of damage that rex and mathew can do with just a single arts.

This game means a lot to me. And honestly, i wish the game didnt end. Im a long time fan of xenoblade, infact, is was one of the first games i played. Xenoblade 3's ending really screwed me up. And here i was thinking it would cure my depression

Klaus is my favorite character in the series, so it makes me happy to see him being talked about more. Great video! One of my favorite small tidbits from this series that I feel doesn't get enough attention, but would like to bring up, is a moment where both Klaus and Z say something that actually parallels each other; it's almost the same phrase, but wildly different contexts. from Xenoblade 2 - Cutscene 167: -Klaus: "My only purpose was to find out how mankind has changed, and where it is headed." -Morag: "And were you disappointed?" -Klaus: "No. As you stand before me right now, that is who you are. That is enough." from Xenoblade 3 - Cutscene 049: -Z: "You shall find that there is no such thing as luxury in this world. Everything buds but from a single thought. That you yourself are here is proof definite thereof. You need not understand. You can simply remain as you are. That is enough." It's fascinatingly beautiful storytelling. I adore this series so much.

10:19 My favorite Consuls/Moebius are D/Blackblaze Dirk and J/Joran, cause the former reminds me of Metal Face/Mumkhar, while the latter was once a nobody who became a somebody to rise above his uselessness. Not to mention they'd be perfect Rival Units for Project X Zone 3 and I wanna see both of them team up with Metal Face/Mumkhar, as well as Ouma Europe and other villains.

Klaus is a fascinating character and I agree, his actions are hard to judge. I mean is ending a dying world being torn apart and giving it a chance to start fresh bad? You do end the lives of billions, which most likely dies anyways, but you also give a start to many, however no way to know if it’s better. Idk if he had that thought in his head when he pressed the button or if he just was a curious mind wanting to see his experiment go through, but I also think I may press the button too. Hard to put yourself in that situation. We can at least thank him for amazing stories, when XC2 showed the connection I was so hyped for it, it was amazing and I loved it. One of my favorite moments in the saga

The Klaus scene made my jaw drop when I first saw it. This made me love Xenoblade 2 even more to make it one of my favorite games of all time!

To answer the question it will be no also is the say the age old question that you can’t become or understand what it is to be a God from a humans perspective. then again, do you believe there is a God but I’m going to replace him or there is none and I will be that God? is he really God or is he playing the serpent and not know it? The two versions of Klaus one being the serpent, the other being Adams’s atonement metaphorically.

Klaus ultimately did good. And the events that carry on from the worlds he created will only lead to the opportunity for exponential good events occurring, as they live out their individual world's history.
