Introducing my Lexus LC 500
Просмотров 4,5 тыс.8 месяцев назад
This is an introduction to my youtube channel where I will be going over mods, road trips, car shows, and anything else with my Lexus LC 500. There doesnt seem to be too many channels that cover IS F, GS F, RC F, IS 500, or LC 500s, so hopefully I can fill that void. If you have any questions that you want me to answer in a future video, let me know in the comments!
Don't know why LEXUS are not offering this orange color anymore in the LC500.
How did you get this orange inside color? This is not toasted caramel. Thank's.
@@jacquesraymond6892 only the inspiration series for 2018 cars came with orange interior. If you wanted to buy the door cards for your car cost about 4000-6000 per side unfortunately

Should do a Tune by Loi?
@@canoeshoe my car was tuned by Loi previously. Every revisions kept pulling out 5 degrees of timing and lowering ignition timing. After the 3rd failed tune revision and not so good customer service, i removed it from my car. I was going to release a video about and show all of my data logs, but decided not to.
@@javrabbit a lot of people complain about him Even the one who taught loi reflash received some racism from loi calling him monkey 😅
@@mez6256 yeap I saw that too. That was very disappointing to see. Loi tuned my RC F when I had headers. It took around 7 or 8 revisions and many dyno visits where some of the revisions made less power than stock. But in the end I walked away with a solid tune that worked great in all conditions with a 14hp gain at peak. That took a very long time though
Nicely done! You have the same problem as I do. A very high DA. I also had a DA of 4000 ft. Trying doing another run once it starts to get colder as the DA will drop dramatically in October. Air is very thin in such a high DA. The best I did with my RCF CF/TVD with intake/exhaust and RR racing tune stock everything else was 4.4 seconds and 12.5 seconds@117 mph. 60 - 130 mph in 11.0 seconds.
@@2ZZGE100 thanks bro. Yeah once good weather hits in december i’ll repeat it. Its still reaching over 100 out here
@@javrabbit Definitely, do that. Would be interesting to see how the numbers get better with a DA even dropping to around 2000 ft. Cheers!

Would like to ask what part number is that 500H read diff assembly. I've checked the parts list on Amayama and only the 2UR(2.97 final drive) variant comes with the LSD and the 500h(3.3 final drive) only has normal or rear steer variant part number, no 'LSD' designation for the 500h.....much appreciated.

The varis hood is the only part not up there, but you can email blackhawk and they will add it to the website for you. Was about a 6 month wait btw
Hey man, love the kit👌🏽 Just curious as to why you didn’t opt for the Varis rear wing?😁
@@SamiKhan-hn3uk thanks dude. Unfortunately lexus decided not to include the active rear wing on any of the bespoke/Inspiration series limited edition cars. I would have totally bought the wing but you have to have the oem active spoiler to install the varis wing. 🥲

Woops forgot to mention in the video, in the past after getting serviced at Lexus, about 1000 miles later the car alerted me of having low oil. I alerted lexus and topped the car back off with oil. Then 2000 miles later it once again alerted me of low oil yet again! This is the reason why I added the Oil Catch can. Lexus corporate knew that I added it to try and combat the oil consumption issue. We are thinking this could have been a sign that the engine was already damaged.
Respect brethren love your lc500. I’m A current owner of the rcf for 6 years now and looking into trading for an LC soon. Hey what happ why they replaced your motor? I couldn’t comment on your last video
@@lexusrcf2441 thanks bro. No real diagnosis other than the car went super lean for some reason.
