They should do a tasting of a Peruvian whiskey (yes, Peruvian, believe it or not) called Black Whiskey, which is winning awards and recognition in several liquor fairs such as those in New York and has received very good reviews from Whiskey specialists. Our national drink is Pisco, which is totally different from the famous Scottish liquor, but in Peru whiskey or whiskey is produced and it is very good.

I love Sam but his whiskey was a hot mess. Tasted like sour vinegar. No flavor, no aroma. However, his gin was fantastic ❣️

Sipping it now for the first time. Superb and very flavorful. This is my first experience of a Westland whiskey. Best American single malt I have tasted yet!

Had a drink of this, I don't care what people say. This is terrible. Has a strong taste of burnt plastic. Was very harsh to drink. Had three other people try it and all said the same thing.

Lasanta in English means flammable it’s meant to represent the sunset so I believe

I really enjoy this dram. I bought 12 bottles of it in Mount Pleasant, SC and it reminds of me of Caol Ila.

Would have been nice to get your tasting on the Cask strength proofed down to apr. 105 proof which I find myself doing to all my cask strength bottles to get the best flavor profile for my palate with the least alcohol burn. Thanks for the review guys..........cheers!

Very light and “smooth” whisky. Honestly, it is actually probably better over ice because it’s so simplistic neat that it plays well on ice the same way a blend does.

wish I could have the cool beards, haircut and the Puni Sole. Buddy of mind bound a bottle for $110. I"m trying to talk him into it but he isn't wanting to try. I'll send him this review to try to convince him otherwise. Nice production quality and super quality review.

Arran's my favorite Scotch brand. I love the 18-year, 10-year and enjoy the Robert Burns Single Malt. I had seen the Barrel Reserve but never tried it until a few days ago (because they were out of the 10-year that I'd gone into the store to buy). I'm so glad I bought it - It's fantastic. No additional water needed, not boozy at all, just a clean, crisp, apple/pear/licorice daytime drink.

So funny enough I went to their distillery this past week (Jul 2), and they had this for sale still. No word on if it was still discontinued, but I guess they started it up again?

Just best for price it was in japan + got mizunara 18y chivas sad could not find anymore hibiki 17;(

As much as I enjoyed this bottle, I will likely not purchase it after finding out it has coloring added. That's a deal breaker with any spirit. Especially bourbon's and whiskies!

This get such good reviews I got to have it too. It will be the cheapest single malt that I own then because it's only 32 eu. Next week when I go shopping I pick it up. And if it's good then I buy the 10 (wich get even better/ or equaly good reviews) I bet this is one out off the so many under 40euro that's actually good then. That's great 👍

By far the worst whisky! It tastes like a 15$ whisky with a 80/90$ price tag! Taste like the stuff coming out of Bowmore in 80's. Perfume/ floral rubbish! It gets worst the more you drink.
